We had booked the suite and the suite wasn’t available even though we had already booked it and paid for it. I was upset but they made up for it and gave us another room for the night. The room we got was not nice at all. He next night we were able to have the suite and it was... More

Where do i start..... Firstly id like to state that we are not terribly picky people. We understand with 3 children it can often be hard to cater for with accomodation.... Ill start with the positives, the shuttle bus drops off and picks up from ubud and the monkey forest great driver and most of the staff were friendly. The... More

Quiet place. Some rooms face the rice paddy fields. 2 large size pools and 1 Jacuzzi. The restaurant serves good food. Staff is very helpful to set up local tours and guide you. Spa services are expensive though and they take 30 to 45 minutes to arrange for someone. The shuttle service was very helpful...drops you to local sights. Opposite... More

I have to say that this little place captured my heart instantly... The design, the staff, the hospitality were just amazing. I like to stay at simple, not too fancy hotels yet clean, alive places. The room is quiet spacious and clean, pool is nice, the rice fields around the hotel adds something to the package and most importantly the... More

Spacious A/C room with comfortable kingsize bed and quality furniture. The fridge was useful. The ensuite had hot water shower and bath. There were 2 swimming pools and lovely peaceful gardens. Good choice of food for breakfast. The staff are a very strong team, ever smiling, friendly and helpful. The free shuttle from Anini to town and back was very welcome.... More

First up i love old Bali, you will always find me in the older hotels as they are better value than the new 4 & 5 star beasts being built. Anini is one of the old school hotels. The staff ard fantastic, they go out of there way to help you. The welcome drink and smile are refreshing. The rooms,... More

Delightful staff where nothing was a problem from picking us up different to scheduled shuttle times to posting letters, providing multiple in depth directions, researching unfamiliar local information and then the willingness to give more.

I really enjoyed my stay at Anini Raka. I had booked a bungalow but the bathroom didn't have black out curtains which meant I awoke with the sun on my first morning. The staff were super helpful and understanding and switched my room to Lily 117 which is by the second pool and quite exclusive. I felt like I had... More

I struggled with whether to rate this as a 3 or a 4. The rooms in the hotel were clean and nicely appointed. The windows looked out over rice fields. The hotel staff (particularly the front desk staff) were very friendly and helpful. The pools are also lovely. The restaurant was a huge disappointment. I had read on trip advisor... More
