Natura was absolutely wonderful, we were a family group of 3 boys, parents and granny and it was the perfect setting for us on our arrival in Bali. The rooms were huge, beds were enormous and so comfy, we spent a week here decompressing from our busy lives and adored it. The food in the restaurant was delicious with a great range from local indonesian dishes and enough other European options to keep everyone happy, the main pool was one of our favourite spots in the whole of Mali, macaque monkeys came and joined us along the edge one afternoon which was hilarious, just gazing into the beautiful rainforest and listening to the sounds was heaven. I can close my eyes now and be back there and feel more relaxed. The service was wonderful, friendly, helpful, anything we needed was dealt with. Shuttles to and from Ubud made it easy, and they arranged a driver for a whole day up to Kintamani and Tampaksiring which was great value and he was so lovely. We really enjoyed settling into Bali during our stay at Natura. We also had fantastic massages which were easy to arrange and so wonderful for helping us relax. Small touches like the bathroom toiletries were really nice too. Just across the road is the Bali Jungle Paddle centre where you can play paddle ball a bit like tennis and get a coffee, our boys loved this too. I strongly recommend staying at Natura, it's so close to Ubud and we felt welcomed, safe, cared for and relaxed. We loved being in the heart of nature but also in big, cool, clean rooms. A really wonderful place.

We are at Natura Resort & Spa 4* Ubud; we booked Panorama View Villa, 125 sqm, an exceptional place, for relaxation, rest, connection with breathtaking nature. We are in the middle of the jungle, but 3 km from the center of Ubud (we have free transfer from the hotel 3 times/day). Delicious breakfast, Balinese coffee at your discretion, tasty dinner (we prefer traditional Balinese food). We really liked the relaxation terrace on the ground floor, but also the outdoor shower, in balinese style. And what a beautiful pool, with a view of the jungle...We highly recommend this resort, very good vallue for money! Special thanks, Mr manager Juda and the entire staff!

All in all, our stay at the Natura Resort was amazing. It's ideally located in the Ubud forest, offering stunning views of the jungle and rice terraces sitting atop at a distance. Yet, it provides convenient access to the Ubud city centre, just a few minutes of drive away.
The panorama villa we booked was generously sized and had a nice, little plunge pool that I enjoyed dipping into every now and then. Not to mention, the hotel's common pool offers incredible views of the surrounding jungle.
The staff here was highly proficient, with room service responding to our requests almost instantly. Ms. Riska, in particular, was great to talk to at breakfast every morning and was very attentive in remembering our food preferences and ensuring they were met.
My only suggestions on things that need improving would be to add more options to the breakfast menu, updating bath linens (particularly the pool towels which were worn out), and improving lighting in the rooms. Another inconvenience we experienced was that our villa didn't have a door to the bathroom which made privacy an issue as we were travelling with our four-year old daughter. However, these are only issues that created minor inconveniences instead of something that would ruin one's holiday.
Everything said, if you're looking for an all-natural setting for a relaxing getaway, Natura Resort is the perfect place. We'll definitely be back in the future!

The entire staff especially Riska was TOP NOTCH. The Balinese staff are so polite, so kind, and always ready and willing to help with all your needs. Breakfast was 5star, Dinner was 5star. My wife and I highly recommend anyone visiting UBUD make this stay a priority.

Our overall experience in the Natura villa was good. However, it could have been better with better breakfast. They don’t have much options at all for the breakfast. When we pay premium price for the accommodation then they should give us buffet all you can eat breakfast with great quality food in it.

Beautiful timeless architecture to be appreciated whilst surrounded by nature. High thatched ceilings with ornate carvings, 4 poster bed with netting. Air conditioned room. Wifi good. Lovely infinity pool with panoramic views of jungle terrain. Pretty views from the restaurant also. My teen kids appreciated their own little compound at the villa with their room and bathroom separate from our own, and the ten year old liked the mini pool (jacuzzi) in the middle of our own private little garden of a family room. The kids were also entertained by seeing monkeys in the nearby trees and coming up as close as the pool area. Friendly staff, gardens in common areas kept very neatly. Our included breakfast was ample for hungry kids. The hotel is around ten minutes drive from Ubud central but the hotel has complimentary shuttle drivers in and out three times daily. A taxi costs between $5AUD to $12AUD depending on what you negotiate with a driver so it’s relatively cheap to go when you please. Being rural Australians ourselves, we liked not staying right in the bustling city. I understand that the locals losing three years of guests and income has impacted the ability to complete building maintenance like painting, so understandably everything is not in mint condition. This would be a lovely destination for honeymooners who want quiet and privacy with their own garden area, and pool/jacuzzi. If you appreciate a quiet natural setting, and grand architecture, this is your accomodation.

My fiancé and I spend 2 amazing weeks in a villa with a private infinity pool. We wanted to have a relaxing time away and here , was the perfect place to escape our busy city life in Melbourne. Situated in the jungle we experienced frequent visits from monkeys , geckos , birds and enjoyed the sounds of nature during our stay. The staff were so wonderful, helpful and friendly and service was excellent. Breakfast was great, always fresh and plentiful. The Villa was clean , spacious and everything we expected it to be. The pool was very clean, refreshing, with spectacular views of the jungle surrounded by tropical gardens, with a large pool area and day bed. It was so peaceful, tucked away and not far from the city centre. Shuttle service was extremely convenient and there’s options to go elsewhere shall you need to explore. We miss the staff that we got to know during our long stay and it was so nice to start the day and end it warmed by their smile and little chats.
A very big special thank you has to be mentioned for Riska, our beautiful host. We miss you very much. Thank you for making us feel at home. The Natura Villa won our hearts. Such a special little place for us now. We can’t wait to return next time we visit Ubud.

I have just spent 2 nights at Natura Resort & Spa & it was the perfect stay. The staff are all so warm, friendly & helpful.
The resort is set within beautiful forests and the views from my room, the restaurant and the pool are just stunning. The soundtrack to breakfast was a cacophony of animal calls, very relaxing.
I had a 1 bedroom villa with panoramic views. The room was huge with a large bathroom (with shower) and an outside shower & bath. My favourite thing was sitting in the window seat reading and watching the view, I even saw monkeys jumping through the trees last night.
I had a couple of massages whilst I was there which was amazing. The food was also really delicious.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We spent three nights and would happily stay longer. The resort is in a quiet valley and is so peaceful. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. It is a great location for visiting surrounding areas and the availability of private drivers made everything so easy. Strongly recommend a half day going to the Mason Elephant Park with rice terraces, or Monkey Forrest with Goa Gajah temple before lunch at Natura and spending an afternoon relaxing in your pool. A shower under the stars after a hectic day is wonderful
