We had a villa with a private pool. The place is just incredible: a bedroom with bathroom decorated with great care and on the other side of the pool a living room with fridge, sink and another bathroom (bath and shower). Bottles of water offered every day, anti-mosquito spray provided and every evening diffusers are installed to prevent them.
Breakfast is very generous and delicious (buffet). A free shuttle service can take you to different places in Ubud on request although all the interesting points are within reasonable walking distance. Even though the hotel is right in the center, it is extremely calm and quiet.
A sumptuous hotel with attentive staff. To recommend without hesitation for a second

Everyone at the reception was friendly and the hotel shuttle was easy to take you anywhere in the city of Ubud. The room was cleaned so cleanly every day, especially in the evening, so that you don't get bitten by bugs such as mosquitoes. The breakfast was quality, and I could feel the warmth of the heart of all those careful to make the guests stay comfortable.

Located right in the middle of Monkey Forest Road, it's a great place to explore Ubud.
Another high point is the proximity to Café Wayang and Mae Mae Laundry , which offers 3-hour express laundry.
I asked for a flower bath for an extra fee (250,000 rupiah), which I was very happy with.
Check-out time was 7am to join the Nusa Lembongan tour, but they prepared a breakfast box (2 kinds of bread, boiled eggs, fruit juice, water, banana) and we were exhausted. (We asked for this beforehand)
I can no longer use the security box incorrectly, but they responded immediately. He was patient in his English and the hospitality was high.
There was a problem with the shower not coming out, but it became troublesome to tell the front desk, so I took a bath without a shower, which is a downside. This is the problem that we didn't tell the hotel, but it's here as a fact.)
In general, I'm happy with it.

Good:location and free shuttle around ubud centre only;
BAD: airport pick up offered IDR600000 but actually they had other option for IDR500000, didn’t informed me there are cheaper price which I did double confirmed with the price through email as I saw the price stated in Agoda for pick up service is IDR500000; Room Cleaning& HYGIENE are bad and not taking seriously enough, provided old slippers to the new guest which I am not sure how many guest use the same slippers before, the hotel’s replied is because of “Eco” policy, however the material of the slippers provided are obviously “one-time use” product! Especially after Covid, hygiene is a main concern for me at all. Breakfast option not much and tea is terrible. Facilities is old and the lighting in the room is not bright enough. Bali is a tourism city and I am sorry that my expectation is higher. Overall, Won’t recommend stay in this hotel as there are many other better options around the area with new facilities and better room cleaning service.

This property is right in the center of Ubud, a 5-minute walk from the Monkey Forest and the Royal Palace. However, the rooms overlook a beautiful, very quiet and peaceful park. There are rooms located in the central structure and rooms in villas with private pools available. There are 4 of us and we occupied 2 double rooms in the same villa, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Both very large, equipped with every comfort (safe, air conditioning, balcony and patio) and with bathrooms equipped with every comfort. The rooms also have a kitchenette with a refrigerator. Good cleaning. In the afternoon tea/coffee is served in the room. The various villas are distributed throughout the park and obviously some are close to the Lobby and some further away, with a stepped path to reach them. Fortunately, the property offers the service of bringing and returning suitcases to the room. Breakfast is served in the outdoor restaurant room and is complete, sweet and savory. In the same structure you can have lunch and dinner and the menu is quite varied, the dishes are good and the prices are affordable. The staff is very kind and helpful. I recommend contacting the property before arrival to organize visits to the area: we agreed on a 7-hour tour, with a private car with driver who also acted as our guide. He took us to visit waterfalls, rice terraces, the Luwak coffee plantation, a community of wood carvers, swings in the jungle... a truly magnificent day, our guide made us appreciate and discover many secrets around Ubud ! The cost of this tour organized by the property was much less expensive than others! I absolutely recommend this Hôtel in Ubud, excellent value for money

We stayed for 3 nights at KajaNe Mua at the end of our 2 weeks stay on Bali. We transferred from Sanur to experience the inner "jungle" that many had recommended to us.

The hotel was very clean and peaceful, and was a surprise after seeing some of the chaotic scenes in and around Monkey Forest Road.

Our room was excellent, and for just 3 nights was just right for us, but for longer stays there is insufficient storage space - no chest of drawers, very few hangers, no real wardrobe. We couldn't unpack and so lived out of the suitcases. There are bigger suites available (we looked at one), so you need to book to your needs.

Food and drink were very good with the restaurant offering a discount on food. We ate there a couple of times and always had very good service. The breakfast menu is vast and is highly recommended.

We give a special mention to Dewi, the masseuse, who was so very good in the treatments given. We know that you will be asked hundreds of time if you want a massage as you walk down the street, but you should stick to the hotel's arrangements for security and professionalism at a very similar cost.

Thank you to all at KajaNe Mua. Lots of memories have been made....

The hotel is located in the busy center of Ubud.
We had a Junior room on the ground floor. A spacious room with good
Double bed, bathroom with bath. And outside a nice swimming pool with sunbeds. The hotel has a well-kept Afternoon tea daily.
Buffet breakfast was extensive and very tasty
Nice and kind was their Welcome Back Home sign and decorations and rose flowers.
All staff were very friendly, attentive and very helpful.
Furthermore, we ate here twice in the evening. Really good.
They offer excellent value for money, not really much more expensive, but much more tasteful. They give you a nice taste of Balinese cuisine.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful! We stayed for 4 nights in two rooms in the mansion (main building) overlooking the pool. The rooms are huge with balconies that have comfy seating and a large fridge with a freezer, useful if you want to freeze water for day trips. There’s free water in the lobby to top up your bottles. Afternoon tea is a nice touch which we all enjoyed. The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring main Ubud in walking distance to the monkey forest, the water palace and campuhan ridge walk. There is a beautiful secret garden to the rear of the hotel where there are villas to stay in. Incredibly quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the main road leading from the hotel into central Ubud. So many places to eat nearby too. Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel in a paradise atmosphere, extremely helpful and suitable staff, unbeatable rooms full of details. Restaurant with very complete buffet breakfast and menu for excellent food and dinner. We stayed in a Villa with private pool and two heights for five people. Absolutely comfortable stay with everything you need and dream pool. It also has another larger pool for the rest of the much larger rooms. In the villas there is possibility to cook in a small oven along with medium fridge with freezer. Special detail of “tea time” in mid-afternoon with tea, coffee or chocolate with free Balinese sweets. The gardens are kept down to the smallest detail and the hotel is located next to a small stream. In short, perfect stay in the center of Ubud.

The hotel is located on busy Monkey Forest Road, but as soon as we passed through the gates we were in a beautiful peaceful garden - the grounds are lovely and you'd never know you were in the centre of Ubud. The highlights for us in addition to the lovely garden were the comfortable bed, generous breakfast buffet, and the very helpful staff.
We made frequent use of the free shuttle service to get to cultural dances and attractions, and loved that we could easily message them for a pick up if we didn't want to walk back in the heat when we were out exploring. The main pool isn't heated so the temp is a bit bracing, but it was very clean so we took advantage of it daily & also the afternoon tea which came with a choice of coffees/teas and a small treat.
