I stayed here for two nights with my family on our family vacation to bali and it was a very pleasant stay. There is free wifi however it is only available in near the reception. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are clean. There is a very nice swimming pool and the hotel compound is very peaceful with a...

This was our first trip to Bali (with 1 child) and staying at Ubud at the Champlung for 3 nights was fantastic because of its central location and heaps of cheeky monkeys running around! Good value for money, right in heart of Ubud next to Monkey Forest and oodles of shops and places to eat. Two swimming pools and a...

My husband and I stayed in a deluxe room at Champlung Sari in Ubud for 6 nights and would happily stay here again. The hotel is located along a busy strip for shops and restaurants but is a pretty quiet place. The monkey forest is just around the corner, and some mornings we woke up to find monkeys on our...

The hotel is very close to the heart of Ubud in a very short walking distance to restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The room was big with a nice view and ok for the price. The rest areas of the hotel are very beautiful especially the pools. Breakfast was nice but not with too many options. Staff was friendly, polite...

This resort is a good choice for visiting Ubud. While it is a little tired, it has the elements of a spacious resort with lots of room choices, two lovely emerald green coloured swimming pools, a poolside restaurant and monkeys! The gardens are lovely and our executive room was huge with a beautiful leafy outlook. While the buffet breakfast is...

Arrival: Champlung Sari arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport (our flight landed at 9pm so we didn't want to risk finding a taxi by ourselves!). The driver, Wayan, arrived on time and there were no problems at all. We had a good Balinese language lesson on the way to the hotel! Check in was quick and...

Having arrived in the low season I expected to get wet, and wasn't disappointed. After having checked in and gone and sorted my bags out in my room I then went for a beer. That was the first incident with one of the local monkeys, it came out of nowhere to steal the free bar snack from my table. They...

We are hotel managers ourselves,so quite demanding when we stay away. Our room was spacious, clean and delightfully cool. Highlight of this hotel are the monkey's,they are so funny to watch, and when we shifted to the next hotel,we really missed them. We had a very minor problem, which was sorted out in a very gracious way by managment. We were wanting to...

We thought that this lovely little hotel was situated in a very convenient spot. It was around 15 mins walk to the 'centre' of Ubud, and about 10 mins to a large Supermarket. The Hotel has 2 pleasant pools, set in a lovely garden. As it is so close to the Monkey Forest, the Monkeys visit daily. First visit of...

Stayed here for 4 days and was delighted with the setting. Swimming pools were cool and clean, the architecture and gardens were a photographers delight. During the buffet breakfast, we were fascinated by the cheeky monkeys antics, trying to steal food off one's plate. Even more interesting was the staff's efforts to remove the monkeys using lasers and slingshots! Our...
