We had a truly amazing time at the Alam Jiwa and can't wait to go back! You can truly get away from everything while you are there. We loved that we could order breakfast the night before and have it brought to our balcony so that we could eat while looking out over the rice fields. Service was top knotch,...

Alam Jiwa was a beautiful place to stay. Initially staying in contact was a bit of a problem, but this is the Internet connection, not a fault of Alam Jiwa, so if you don't hear from them for a few days, don't worry :) The week before we arrived, they emailed us to let us know that the pool was...

We stayed here once before -2 years ago - and were really looking forward to our return. It's quite hard to get a reservation, so our stay wasn't as long as we had hoped, but we were glad we went back and didn't opt for somewhere a bit fancier. There are a lot of quality places to choose from in...

We wanted to book all our time in sister hotel Alam Shanti, but we took a few nights in Alam Jiwa first before going to Alam Shanti. I'm really glad we had the chance to experience both locations since each had their own particularly charming elements. Our view of the rice terraces from the Kenari room at Alam Jiwa was...

We stayed at Alam Jiwa last week at the start of our Bali holiday. We had 2 nights in the Cendrawasih suite as we were 2 couples and then moved to 2 separate rooms for 1 night. We would've preferred to stay in Cendrawasih but even though I booked it back in April it wasn't available. I loved the Cendrawasih...

Of all the beautiful places I stayed in Bali, nothing beats Alam Jiwa. Its website does not do it justice. It is ideal for a couple, though I stayed there with two girlfriends and adored it. They provide the best (and included!) breakfast in Bali, and we ate it on our lanai overlooking the gorgeous rice fields. Our open air...

After staying 7 nights here, the staff at Alam Jiwa felt like family! We were really sad to leave.. They make THE most delicious breakfast for you every morning and bring it to your room upon request. We had a choice of fresh juices; orange, pineapple, mango or banana, tea and coffee and a choice of a pastry/bread. The main...

Our group of two couples stayed at Alam Jiwa for one week at the end of July 2011 and it was a very sad day when we had to pack our bags and say our goodbyes to marvelous staff at Alam Jiwa. We stayed for one night in the Jalak Bali and Gelatik rooms, and the remaining six nights in...

Located in a lush, tropical setting and surrounded by rice paddies, your senses are calmed, as the sights, sounds and smells are truly peaceful and amazing. My accommodations were lovely, with a beautiful and very comfortable 4 poster king bed and fantastic views from the windows on all three sides. There was also a large outdoor veranda furnished for dining and...
