The hotel is set on a large property with beautiful plants and flowers everywhere. The room was nice and surprisingly large - Great value for money. The included breakfast was also very nice (3 course of fruit, then pastry's, then a cooked English or Indonesian meal). Pool was also very great. The hotel is also a short walk from Monkey...

The staff here are really lovely.. We have put up with toilets and pools not working because they are such lovely people. However our new years eve was spoilt because we were not informed that a group had booked for dinner and proceeded to chase everyone else away from the restaurant with their insesent noise and loud annoying karaoke.

Two of us had booked through Agoda for this resort. On arrival my friend was not satisfied with his room and paid for an upgrade. I had unpacked so did not move although the room was in need of renovation with the bathroom not in good condition with a leak from the basin and from the cistern. The bathroom floor...

This hotel is perfectly located halfway between the monkey forest and the palace so you can easily walk to many of the tourist highlights. The pool is really nice and the restaurant was great. The breakfast in particular is quite nice-there are lots of options to choose from and the portions are not remotely skimpy. We accidentally over ordered and...

We stayed here many years ago, and thought it very comfortable, and at the time and superior to other Ubud accommodation. Unexpectedly we found ourselves looking for alternative accommodation and tried Pertiwi Resort and Spa on the off-chance that they had a vacancy .......... yes they did, and the staff couldn't have been more obliging with short notice. The complex...

Amazing view, ground and swimming pools inside the hotel. I loved the feeling when I swam in a natural place with lots of trees and plants. The staff was friendly, but not helpful anymore after I checked out. When I still stayed in the hotel, he helped me to make a phone call to my motorbike owner, but the day...

Amazing place to stay! Had the villa with private pool for 5 nights which caught the sunrise each morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful plus the stroll each night to the Main Street end or rice paddy end were well worth the experience. Great sun the the pool is big enough to relax and cool off! Thank you to...
