We love it here! We have stayed 3 different times for weeks at time since June. Hot water, great AC, huge rooms, two pools, great views of rice paddies if you are in building 107-112 and 207-212 all are nicer view. But we love every room and it’s so close to town but super quiet. Restaurants and spas galore in the area.

Terrible! The staff are so rude and unhelpful, the whole experience was a nightmare. The food is not included as per previous reviews stated. The motel is really far away from town so you have to walk down random dark roads at night to get to basic food or water which feels really unsafe. No food in the rooms except a bottle of water meaning closest supermarket is 15 mins away meaning you have to walk down long crowded streets filled with motorcyclists sometimes no path. Only stayed here because of my intepid tour

We absolutely loved our stay. Ground floor across from pool and rice paddies in the background. Room was nice and staff were very friendly and accommodating to any of our needs during our stay. Would highly recommend if you want to stay on the Bisma street.

Pluses: - incredible hotel area! Mind blowing beauty! No words to describe it. - Amazing 2 pools with beautiful view; - Cute restaurant for breakfast with great view as well; - Rooms are big; - Some rooms have amazing view; - Good price/quality; - 10 mins walk to Monkey forest, 15 mins to Ubud downtown (Ubud palace, water Palace). Outside have convenient stores and restaurant, massages. - Great team and great service! Minuses: - yes poor wifi connection keep disconnecting every time (but stil ok). My 4g local sim card worked faster and better than wifi; - Towels are really bad. Those from cheap material which doesnt dry u. And stay smelly. - Breakfast food is so-so. Could do better. And all time cold. But in general those small minuses just small in comparison with this hotel beauty, value, location, service! Highly recommend!

Visited this lovely hotel for 3 nights in October with my boyfriend. It’s located on the next street over from the Main Street in ubud, there’s a convenient cut thought to the Main Street about a 10 mins walk from the hotel which brings you out right next to the monkey forest. The hotel is in a lovely quiet area amongst the rice fields, very picturesque but still very close to great restaurants, ATM and shops. There is only about 30 rooms in the hotel so it’s very boutique, we stayed in a deluxe room which was huge. The bed was very comfy and ginormous, same for the bathroom, huge bath with rain shower in the middle. Very fluffy towels, could do with more than 2 though! Room had a key safe, complimentary bottles of water, hairdryer, kettle, tea and coffee - best of all is the sockets in Bali take UK plugs! The 2 pools were lovely, very quiet - pool towels were laid out for you as well. The pool that overlooked the rice field was dreamy and great for photos! Always managed to get a sunbed as well. The restaurant was located across the rice field in a open air building. Good choice for breakfast, they had an egg station, fresh fruit, toast and traditional Balinese noodles - plenty to fill you up. WiFi was ok, it did sign you out after a few minutes but good enough to check emails, upload photos etc. Reception recommended and booked a driver for the day for us (Ngurah) - only 500,000 rupee, about £30 we saw all the main sights - temples, coffee plantation, main rice terrace, swings, waterfalls. Really good service, very knowledgable guide and great price! Overall, very pretty hotel, great service and great price!

Ok, location is nice although is no longer a shuttle so you need to negotiate with shady taxi men to get around. Or hire a bike. Breakfast is awful in my opinion. Raw eggs, gristle, pushy staff. Started having a person just watching people by the pool to try to sell drinks, it was very uncomfortable. I asked them to stop, but it will probably start again. Used to be a nice place, very pushy now. Long walk in the heat to town so location not ideal. Shame the restaurant food isn't better.

I was living here one week, and i want to say, that this place is so comfortable, so large room, nice price. High quality in Ubud. Pleasant and courteous hotel staff. In particular the waiter Dwiki. Tasty breakfast. Very clean territory and rooms.

Our stay was ok. We arrived very late after a long flight so maybe we missed out on the usual welcome. Staff showed us to the room but didn’t help us get our luggage up the stairs and we didn’t get given much detail about the hotel. The location is good, walkable to the main areas of Ubud and the setting for breakfast is nice looking out over the rice fields. Our room was near the road so there was some noise and I didn’t feel that relaxed. Room was comfortable and we got bottles of water every day. The door didn’t seem that secure which probably (along with the jet lag) is why I didn’t feel that at ease. We didn’t spend that much time at the hotel as we were so busy getting out and enjoying Ubud (which we love).

This resort is small, tucked away in one of Ubud's side streets. The grounds are beautiful and are in immaculate condition. Very reasonably priced. The customer service here is excellent, the staff gets to know you well and they remember your little details. There are 2 pools, one of which overlooks the rice paddies. On any given day, you'll most likely have the pool to yourself. The restaurant has good food, and room service can be ordered till 9 PM. The hotel is very close to nearby warungs and is a relatively short walk away from the Ubud city centre. Some things that the resort can improve on (and not very many): the wifi tends to be slow and goes on and off intermittently. Also, the channels in the rooms basically are CNN and headline news channel. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort and would definitely stay here again. It feels like home. Shout out to the great staff especially Suriya and Dewa.
