We only stayed a night here and it was fab. The staff where all so friendly, we got shown to our room and coffee bought to us straight away. The room looked like it come out of a fairy tail, with the front door looking so grand and the netting around the bed making it feel very princess like. If...

My boyfriend and i had a lovely time staying at the pondok permata homestay. The grounds and surrounding area is beautiful - a 20 min walk from the main area but we hired scooters from the homestay which was great fun. The room was clean and beautiful traditional decor. What really stood out for us was the amazing staff -...

Just stayed a night cause we didn't have much time and what a shame! It's not too far from Ubud centre but I'd recommend to take a motorbike as there is parking available. They have the loveliest people working there. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The bedrooms and bathrooms are super clean and have everything...

We stayed 3 nights in Ubud and chose this place by chance. We arrived at night and the road leading to the place seemed in the middle of nothing. The manager and the whole staff welcomed us warmly showing us a beautiful room in a well kept homestay. The day after they also moved us in a better room at...

Having never experienced a Homestay I figured why not, do something new. Only drawbacks were the Homestay is a 20 minute walk to the center of town and the water pressure in the bathroom was a little bit weak. However, the family and staff were incredibly kind and hospitable, exceptionally nice and helpful. Breakfast was served on my porch which...

This was my first time visiting Bali and I have to say that my stay here was just wonderful! The family and staff were so helpful and happy and a pleasure to be around! Great price too and a short walk to the centre! Would very happily return and recommend!

The owner, his family and the rest of the staff, everybody is friendly and helpful, without being annoying. They all smile everytime. We were welcomed by Agung, a really nice man. For the cheap price (17€ per night) service ans amenities are correct. Breakfast is fantastic: fresh fruits and banana pancakes For the bathroom, it would be nice to renovate...

Our stay at Pondok Permata was everything we wished for: an inexpensive room (200,000), a little bit out from the town buzz (but not too far - you can rent their scooters for the day), good wifi, hot shower, and the best hosts we've met on our trip through Indonesia. The room was clean, no AC but a fan &...

And they tried to offer us new one - and we never get there because there was another customer who hadn't check out and they didn't get into the room.. Then they tried to charge us for a ride to our next hotel which we booked while waiting. At the end we got two scooterboys and we travelled first to...
