I booked a room actually at the Gusti Jalan Kajeng, but it turned out Booking.com didn't do their job. The owner then suggested me to the 2nd Gusti. It is located near the center of Ubud but you have to walk or take scooter because the area is a bit hidden. Pool was not inviting, linen not fresh. In the...

There's no decent car park. Definetly not suitable for those who brings car and the road was terrible!!! I think i broke my car.. All the people around wont let me to park. Suitable with those with motorbike and on foot The room is quite okay considering the normal guesthouse. And they have pool.. We had to cancel our booking...

We (2 people) stayed in Gusti's Garden 2 Guest House for 9 nights. Every morning, we woke up to the voice of chickens and found the sun rising as we opened the door, where friendly and sincere host provides hot tea/coffee. Then I walk to Ubud Yoga House just two minutes through the famous rice fields for a morning yoga...

Staff did pick up our luggage but the rest of the experience was not too good. No soap. Given the end strip from a roll of toilet paper. Bathroom door would not close properly. No shower curtain or bath mat so floor became slippery. Leaking tap. Worn sheets. Stained seats on outdoor furniture. Cats nesting in the roof meowing and...

I planned to stay here just a few days. I ended up staying up here for 3 weeks. The very welcoming family is a very good host. There are 3 lovely children and a nice puppy dog. The view over the rice fields and the Kampuchan ridge are amazing, in the night it is very quiet, you only here the...

Arriving after a long journey, I came to hotel where I was told there's NO DRINKING WATER supplied to guests. What a way to welcome guests! Reeling with 35+ degree heat, brutal sun and a callous answer of 'you can go buy the water at a restaurant' I was already pretty put off. While settling in I realised there are...

This place has a good location: it is the first hotel on a rare path near Ubud which is accessible only to motorbikes. Pros: - Good views of rice fields and volcanoes. - Nice peaceful location. Cons: - Dirty rooms. (some teenager boys doing the cleaning doesn't work). - Stinky bedding. - Overpriced (bargain hard). - A joke of a...

Really the most beautiful place. Stayed there for a week and it was so easy to calm down and relax. The "city" of ubud is very close but you are living in the rice fields. The rooms are nice and the staff is very friendly! A friend of mine who also booked got a free upgrade because they overbooked the...

Plus points: Toilet that flushes Good location, 3 minutes walk from ubud centre Amazing view, especially when having breakfast on your private balcony Very friendly staff Disadvantages: Only cold water, while they advert hot and cold shower You are awake from 4.30 am due to a lot of noise from the ducks, frogs and cocks, ear plugs are really necessary!...
