Hotel is super cute and charming with great scenery and pool. It is in the center of Ubud so it is easy to get around but it is away from the street noise. The breakfasts are incredible - fresh fruit, coffee, juice, banana pancakes. Great price and great hotel.

We spent 5 nights here is the Buddha suite (the Honeymoon Suite). It was a lovely place to stay right in the heart of Ubud, a short walk to the monkey forest, the market, the shops, the Gamelan Orchestras and the football field where we watched the locals play a footy match. The Hotel itself overlooks a rice field and...

Maybe our expectation was a bit higher for this highly rated hotel while travelling here during the low season in June and it is hard to compare this place with the others; but here is our overall experience of the this place:- Location: Excellent - Located in a peaceful, quieter area; not far from the main street and the Sacred...

We only stayed here for one night, but could easily have enjoyed more. It's down a quiet side street away from the hustle of Monkey Forest Road. There are several multi-story buildings on the property, mostly including traditional Balinesian design and decor. Our room was of a more modern design, but clean, quiet, and had a lovely view over the...

Spent a few days in Ubud during recent vacation and stayed at this hotel per a friend's recommendation. More of a rustic feel as opposed to a luxurious resort but this was ok given the great value. The hotel is set up in villa style with outdoor entrance to rooms. My main critiques of the room would be lack of...

Nice place with comfortable rooms and nice terraces. The breakfast was good and the courtyard setting is beautiful and it seems most rooms have that view. It is well located in that it's near everything but off the noisy street. Wonderfully friendly staff and great massage!

If you want to be in Ubud center. Authentic spacy rooms with fan and airco, cool large bathroom, private patio and balcony where a delicious breakfast is served for you. A big comfortabele bed with soft clean sheets every day, a tropical garden with a pool, spa and restaurant on site. The management / owner is a very nice older...

My boyfriend and I stayed here in March of 2016 and truly enjoyed our stay! The staff was so friendly/attentive and always available if you needed anything. Okawati is near all of the action on Monkey Forest Road - but set far enough back that is was a little quiet oasis. The decor and the furniture felt very authentic and...

Okawati was the perfect place for me on my trip to Ubud! It is close to a pretty busy street but down a side alley so it still is quite and relaxed feeling at the hotel. But it's also close to many good restaurants, laces to shop ( if that's your thing ), the monkey forest, the grand palace (...

Stayed here for two nights after Nyepi 2016. Some new multi story rooms where the restaurant was and a yoga perch above with views to the ravine. Ibu Okawati is a charming, genuine hostess who makes your breakfast yoghurt. I love the fact they still do hot tea in a thermos (so refreshing after a hot walk) & lustreware cup...
