My partner and I stayed here for a 3 day sojourn in Ubud and am I glad we did! It was the most luxurious experience we have had! The villa was like a home away from home with a huge and spotless bathroom, living room/sitting area, dining area in the veranda and it’s four poster bed and mosquito curtains making us feel like royalty. The private pool was used to cool off in the midday sun regularly.
We used the complimentary car and driver to get to and from the restaurants at night and sometimes back home. The breakfasts and room service were delicious and the complimentary afternoon tea a treat! I also indulged in a complimentary yoga class which was brilliant, stretching and bending with crazy beautiful views over the jungle in a class that was judged at the right level by the instructor.
We bought a spas experience and for the price of one massage back home in the uk we had a great massage followed by a facial followed by other massage/body scrub and then ginger tea taken in the jacuzzi. It was a three hour pampering for £70 approx. More please!
The staff we’re always friendly, kind and interested in your comfort and that you have a good experience with them. They are obviously proud of their hotel and it shows in their work and their manner. I can highly recommend this hotel!
My only complaint is that I cannot transfer the whole hotel, staff and weather to Scotland so I could come along on a regular basis to chill out be pampered.

Driving down the driveway you know your in for something special. The grounds are immaculate, lush gardens and the setting is traditional Balinese luxury.
We were greeted warmly at check in & the General Manager took time to address us by name and ask how we were.
Although arriving a little early, our room was ready & we were taken through. We had booked a Royal Suite & it was the most aesthetically pleasing accommodation we have ever stayed in.
I’m going to cut to the chase because this could be a very lengthy review otherwise.
What this hotel does remarkably well:
Privacy, peace & quiet
Attentive staff who go quietly about their business in the background. Room serviced multiple times a day, mosquito incense put regularly in gardens & your balcony
Immaculate & luxurious rooms
Beautiful relaxing pool area.
Short walk to shops & attractions but absolute tranquility inside the gates.
Fast & quality laundry service

Highlights were:
Massages and facials in the hotel day spa while rain fell softly on the roof
The outdoor shower with the BEST water pressure and the most beautiful hair & body products
Duck pancakes for lunch

If anyone ever asks for recommendations, I give his place my first pick.
If your thinking about a honeymoon - look no further.
Family holidays - Mature teenagers will appreciate this place for what it is but if you have energetic young kids, I didn’t notice facilities that would be suited to them.

This is our 2nd time in Bali, so we thought we'd try this out, having stayed in other Resorts (i.e. Royal Pita Maha, Five Elements, Four Seasons, Arma, etc.).

Overall, the location is unbeatable. It's walking distance to downtown Ubud and next to Campuhan Ridge Trail, so you can walk to the cafes and restaurants. We love the rooms, outdoor shower, massive bathroom and the terrace. It was very relaxing...and loved that they have complimentary afternoon Tea, which were brought to our room. We also love that we were able to get complimentary 'drop offs' to nearby restaurants and sites, so we didn't need to rent a scooter. That was very convenient.

However, the breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. It was a set menu that was quite basic (eggs, bread, bacon & fruits)...nothing else really. They could update & refresh area. And the breakfast venue was quite small, no view, compared to other resorts. I would have preferred to have breakfast in one of the Cafes had I known earlier. Not really a deal breaker though, but didn't match up to the experience.

The Pool was quite small and quaint. They have these 2 cave-lounge looking areas, but it was always taken, all the time, every time-- so we didn't get any photo opportunity. For the size of the hotel and the property, I would have designed 10 of those cave lounges by the pool area.

Overall, the property is VERY WELL maintained..but you can tell it's a bit dated.

Aside from that, we still enjoyed our experience very much. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, when we had a late check out. Overall, it's not a perfect 10, as some areas, facilities could improve a bit more, but we still enjoyed it a lot.

I cannot say enough about the first class service from the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out. Dika at the front desk was outstanding, as well as Aris and Oki. They showed my wife and I around the beautiful, historic property and explained the many amenities included in our stay. The pool is fantastic with individual bungalows to relax and enjoy the wonderful poolside service provided by the pool attendant. We even had a complimentary 50 minute Balinese massage included in our rate which was so relaxing! The food was delicious for breakfast each morning (try the mango Balinese pancake) and was brought to our room and set up beautifully on our patio overlooking the jungle. The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. Great location too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The service truly was amazing. All employees went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. Highly recommend!!

This was our second stay at Warwick Ibah, and although it had been a few years in between, it was just as wonderful as I remembered. We stayed in a treetop studio room again, as it is very spacious and relaxing, with a quiet balcony overlooking the green forest. The facilities here are excellent, and we enjoyed the pool and walking along the garden paths everyday. This time we also attended two of the yoga classes, which were very good and suitable for beginners, and the studio space for the yoga was so peaceful and beautiful as it overlooked the gardens and forest. We also enjoyed the Tuesday night Balinese dinner and dance, and was a lovely way to experience some of the local culture along with a delicious dinner with all the local highlights. Other advantages of this resort are it's central location, as it is a short walk into the town centre, or you can use the free shuttle car service to drop you off, which we used a number of times and never had to wait. The most outstanding feature of this resort however are the staff. All the staff were so friendly, kind, and warm, and nothing was any trouble at all, whether at the front reception or at the restaurant, getting afternoon tea at your room, the turn down service, or just walking around and everyone saying good morning. The wonderful staff are a credit to this resort and I hope to stay again sooner.

My husband and I have stayed at Ibah a number of times and we keep returning without hesitation because of a number of things;
The staff are genuine, Interactions are polite but never intrusive. The property is maintained to a very high standard, the villas and gardens are impeccable. The location is perfect, just far enough out of town to feel relaxed but in walking distance to everything you need.
We always leave planning our next stay at Ibah and will continue to come back for many years.
Thank you for making us feel like royalty whenever we visit!

We ended up extending our stay an extra night it was so nice here, after navigating your way through busy Ubud it's wonderful to return to this place. It has a really historic feel, plus staying in the treetop suite in felt like you were right in the jungle, it's an awesome place to wake up. The staff were all so helpful and kind to us during our stay (especially Dika), the location is great, and the pool area is gorgeous around sunset with the little caves for privacy.
I know there isn't another place like it and won't be able to stay anywhere else in Ubud now

We stayed there for 7 nights in a pool villa that was our own private oasis. The staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. The bedroom was comfortable and cool with king size bed and mosquito net. We enjoyed the full breakfast usually in our private outdoor living area overlooking the beautiful private pool and the Champuhan Ridge. The hotel is at walking distance to Ubud center, and also offer free pick up and drop off to and from Ubud. An awesome place to stay.

The hotel is very unique and quiet for its location, it’s in Ubud, just about 10 min walk to where everything is. Very beautiful environment, has a strong South East Asian vibe. The mountain view is gorgeous. Excellente service, breakfast in my opinion is good, but not great. Hope to return one day!

Hi Voyagereur. I think there are still some administrative issues due to Covid and Bali is still reopening with limited staff etc. I couldn't book via their website either as it presented as blocked but I made a direct booking for April 2022 via email and then we continued communication later via Whatsapp. I had a great stay, loved the place. I recommend you email them directly.

Hi, I agree with the 1st response. The pool is not really for lap swimming, it's not a rectangle shape, but rather curved, like a jelly bean almost..And we didn't experience any road noise. While the location is central, it's tucked in away from the noise.
