We've been there for a week. The place is just amazing, lost in authentic rice fields. Albert, Christine and their staff offer a top services : facilities to book great activities, and great food too. That's the place to have nice vacation.

On the way to Saudara Home we learned that this was not in Ubud but north of it. Having passed through Ubud and arriving at Saudara Home we thought what are we going to do here during several days. However, the French owner, Mr. Albert arranged so many thinks for us that the time was nearly too short. He booked...

Before coming to Ubud we stayed three nights in three different accommodations in Amed, in the same price category. In comparison Saudara Home was by far the best. It is a very well designed and decorated Family Home Stay set up, targeting French speaking guests, some 20 minutes drive out of Ubud in the middle of Rice Terraces. A perfect...

Virtually everything can be organised by his very competent manager (who speaks very good English). There is a dedicated driver who will drop you...

We're talking about a home here, not just a house. Indeed, the owners try and make you feel comfortable since the first moment. There you can have breakfast and diner with the owners, who live in the house, and the other guests (only if you want, of course), just like at home. All the staff members are very kind and...

The home is beautiful, the food was delicious and I especially enjoyed the peace and quiet that came from staying outside of the main town. A truly lovely place. The surrounding village is quite interesting to walk around in. People are friendly and inviting. I visited a local carving studio and was invited to watch the owner's daughters dance in...
