Great sized living room with lovely pool looking out over the rice fields. The Bayu villas are great for a couple with one child. Bathrooms are tired, and lack quality amenities, but the rooms are lovely and the staff are amazing. Friendly, helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

All the staff went over and above to make our stay the most enjoyable and relaxed it could be. Rooms were perfectly as photographed and very clean. Setting of the hotel was so tranquil. We couldn't have asked for any more! hopefully we will be back!

Gorgeous hotel. Beautiful rooms and infinty pool. Very helpful shuttle to and from main ubud , every 2 hours, which just takes a few minutes . Beautiful food. It was my daughters birthday and the staff were gorgeous and made a big fuss of her. I would defictaley go back to this hotel which was central, extremely modern with fantastic staff and a shuttle to town!

Struggle to understand some negative reviews! We had a wonderful stay here at Ubud Green! We stayed for 5 nights at the end of a 2 weeks holiday around Asia. The staff really make this place special, so attentive, thoughtful and friendly. It was out 20th wedding anniversary and they went out their way to make it special with bed decorations, a cake delivered and staff congratulating us. The accommodation is fantastic, a real experience. You can clearly see why it’s called Ubud green, we loved the views and wildlife. Yes we had a few lizards appear in the villa but your in the middle of Bali! The staff came and help the visitors back outside. We booked a one bedroom villa with pool but we’re upgraded to a 2 bedroom one. We enjoyed the noise of the tree frogs at night whilst relaxing in our huge villa, really relaxing. It has all you need and housekeeping is fabulous, our villa was cleaned daily, clean towels etc. Lots of bottle water left daily with Bali coffee grounds and tea bags too. It is a short walk from the main hub in Ubud but we walked in and back daily no issues. Took the shuttle back one evening as had a lot of shopping from the market and didn’t fancy a 15 min walk up hill with it in the humid heat. The bus runs regularly but you can also get a taxi for next to nothing. Being away from the main hustle and bustle was great for relaxing. Breakfast service is a little slow but it’s all made fresh so we didn’t mind the wait, just keep in mind it is a wait if going on an early tour etc. We ate in the restaurant one evening and one lunchtime too, food always delicious and a good price. Highly recommend you try the floating breakfast one morning. Highly recommend a stay here and if we are in Ubud again will definitely stay here!

If you want to start ur day with less fulfilling food, come to Ubud Green, they don’t have buffet for breakfast, you have to order Ala cart in the which there are only three options with juice and coffee.. ( u can choose only one option from each) u can’t ask for another glass of juice or coffee. if u are a foodie like me then they will restrict u to have only one main dish that too very sad to say only option of eggs that’s it. No smoothie bowl, no croissant no fresh vegetables no milk, no cornflake (which is always present everywhere worldwide) So don’t bring KIDS at all… not kid friendly food No sautéed, no sausages, no desserts if you want to have after one main dish you have to pay. So people out there be careful ,if u are not fulfilled u have to pay for another.. Now the room, they are big enough I stayed in 2 bedroom Villa, with my husband and child, excuse me my son was realy scared to stay in the room one level above alone.. on request when we requested to put a bed down they said extra money will be charged.. Linen are too dirty , smell rotten, toilets seats dirtiest and cracked!!! Pool not clean! I DONT KNOW HOW THEY HAVE GOT CERTIFIED FROM TRIP ADVISOR .

The hotel is located on the hill not too far from the city center: quiet and convenient. The villas are well equiped with a good view on the rice fields. Breakfast is good. Nice private swimming pool in the villas

It was a bit of retreat nice and peaceful, staff were great anything we needed done they sorted it no bother. We had a full body massage from ladies that came in to do it and it was great. It was a bit run down at bits but they were busy fixing things ready for a busier time. I would definitely recommend it. Had no problem getting the shuttle into town and back. Food was good too!! Would def go back again xx

We last visited Ubud Green in January 2020 and enjoyed a lovely stay. We are delighted to have been able to visit for the second time now that travel and hospitality is at last returning to normal. Firstly the resort has an excellent and very proactive manager and the most lovely team of staff. We felt so welcome by everyone! We upgraded on the day of arrival from a Garden villa to a Deluxe villa and were very pleased we did so. The villa was extremely spacious, comfortable and had a pretty view. Yes the villas are a little tired but they are clean, peaceful and very private. The resort is actively making improvements to villa amenities with new sun loungers etc. We used the hotel shuttle into Ubud but generally booked taxis via reception - they were inexpensive. If feeling energetic you can walk! The resort is located next to one of our favourite Ubud restaurants Muse - a two minute walk away- where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. In addition there is also a very new Circle K supermarket right next door for any supplies you may need. We felt that the room rate we had was exceptional value for money. All in all a great three night stay and we would not hesitate to return to Ubud Green one day soon. Thank you to all the team for their helpfulness and hospitality!

There are some things need renovation, such as bathroom’s door which cannot completely close, making about 5-8 cm gap. The vertical shower is unusable, so that we can only use the flexible one (the other shower head). One more thing, they have shuttle service to Ubud Palace for every two hours. But the drivers are not always ready, so that if you want to use the shuttle, you need to wait for 10-20 minutes before going. So, better confirm first before using the shuttle. Overall, the villa is great, spacious and beautiful. The staffs are nice and friendly. Location is okay. Breakfast is okay.
