We’ve had a great stay at the Adiwana Bisma!
The staff are second to none, so welcoming, polite and friendly. They treat you as family and can’t do enough for you!
We’re going to miss returning from our evening meal to have our bed turned down and with a slinky dressing gown and slippers waiting for us!
The room is so majestic and pretty luxurious. We loved the privacy, quality and the huge king size bed. The large stand alone bath was pretty impressive too.
The complimentary afternoon tea and coffee was a lovely and unexpected treat aswell in the attached Pistachio restaurant. The food is delicious as are the drinks!

The infinity pool on the top floor was beautiful along with the spectacular views over the rice field.
The Hotel is in a good situation …close to the Monkey Forrest and a stroll ( or very short taxi/ bike ride) to the streets with more hustle and bustle)

Our final send off was by the beautiful Widi, Mila and Indra who along with all the other staff ensured the final moments in the hotel were special. Everyone has been so sweet!

Thank you to the Adiwana Bisma for a perfect stay ❤️😝

Stayed in Adiwana Bisma for 3 nights. It was a pleasant experience for us. The room was clean, big, very comfortable and nice view from balcony. They also provided hand sanitizer, mask and disinfectant wipes in the room. The toilet was spacious with big bath tub and complete set of toiletries. They have authentic balinese fragrants for shower gel, bubble bath, hand soap etc. Love them so much! Their infinity swimming pool was big with very beautiful view! The staffs were so friendly and helpful. Overall, we love Adiwana Bisma so much and surely will get back!

We stayed here at Adiwana Bisma for a total of 7 nights (August 2022) and we had the absolute best time.

The first thing to mention is the staff. They are incredible. They are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They are always smiling and greet you every time you walk past, often asking about your day and what you have planned. Nothing is too much trouble for them. For example, on the first evening when we were supposed to be arriving, our flight was delayed by a few hours and so we were not going to make it in time for food at the restaurant so the hotel arranged for some lovely sandwiches to be put into our room for us. Also, it was my partner's birthday whilst we were staying there and we did not mention this to the hotel, but they put balloons in the room and brought a cake out when we ate at the restaurant on the evening. A special mention to Aria who was just so friendly and helped us so much with telling us about the area and helping us to book trips.

The position of the hotel was great for us. It was within walking distance (about 10 mins) to lots of restaurants and shops, but was also not too close to the centre of Ubud so it was nice and peaceful at the hotel. The room was very spacious, comfortable and decorated nicely, it felt luxury but still had that traditional Balinese feel to it, something which we really loved. Also, there were lots small touches such as getting 4 fresh bottles of water each day, shower gels, conditioner, shampoo topped up and they provide you with little kimono robes to wear in the room which are laid out on the bed for you on the evening with little slippers. The room was also cleaned twice a day too (if you wanted it to be) and it was always spotless. The balcony was spacious too and we loved the day bed.

The pool is just fantastic. Comfortable sun loungers and an infinity pool over-looking the jungle was blissful. Also there is a pool bar which you can order drinks, snacks and meals from pretty much all day.

As part of our stay, breakfast was included. There was lots of different options to select from and the food was fresh and delicious. You always get fruit and bakery produce and then you can choose your main breakfast too. Highly recommend the poached millionaire! We also ate on the evening here and the food was again amazing. Again lots of options to choose from and some evenings they had live music on which added to the atmosphere and we really enjoyed it.

I could go on and on about the positives of this hotel but would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Ubud and hopefully one day we will be able to return to visit again!

Thank you Team Adiwana Bisma :)

We stayed on December 12th - 14th, 2020. All of the staffs were friendly, nice and helpful. The room was nice. Covid protocol that applied in this hotel was right on track. Hand sanitizer, alcohol swabs and two maskers were provided daily. The infinity pool had amazing scenery especially in the afternoon with beautiful sunset. Sure will come back to Adiwana Bisma later.

From the moment you arrive at this splendid hotel in Ubud you are greeted by the loveliest of staff. During these Covid times they also made us feel very safe and secure. A greeting Jammu ( drink) was for me an Englishman an interesting taste . It did perk me up though. The staff kindly put us into a gorgeous room with a jungle view which was just beautiful . The room has great facilities Loveky bath and shower . Huge comfy bed . And gorgeous gran grant toiletries . We tried the Pistachio bar on the first night . Are well portioned and agreeably priced bar snacks , great calamari) and drank some beers and the virgin mohito one of the best we have tried . Made by a very crafted young man. May I say all staff here speak very good English which is a god send if like me you have not yet grasped Indonesian.

The pool area is gorgeous wirh outstanding views across the jungle . Lovely infinity pool cool refreshing water . I was upset to see the towels in the morning spread across the beds by 9 am however the staff simply remove them so you can be insured a bed . Pool side service is fabulous and the floating breakfast we saw looked great although a little bouncy for my liking .

We even had time for a flower bath . What a fun treat that was . This hotel , in my opinion was faultless . Hope you will have as wonderful stay as we have

This beautiful hotel is in a very central position, jalan Bisma, but in a very quiet area. The room is large, really well equipped, with a balcony on the rice fields, you can go out directly on the fields. The room has all the amenities, including a boiler with free tea or coffee. The bathroom is beautiful, with two washbasins, a beautiful bathtub, a separate toilet and a shower. Very useful. I found all very clean.
And then, the staff is really kind and professional. We asked for a motorbike and they immediately provided for it.
In addition to all these positive things, the breakfast was really good, with a big choices of food and everything was really good. In fact we ate two times in the hotel restaurant because we really enjoyed the food.
I will back for sure!!

After issues with flights, we added 2 nights in Ubud to the start our honeymoon and chose Bisma mainly because of the photos of the view from the pool - a view which was even better in real life (with a glass of bubbles in hand, naturally)

From start to finish, the whole team were fantastic. When we arrived at the airport we saw a sea of drivers holding pieces of paper with names scrawled on. As we struggled to spot our name, coming through the crowd was an immaculately dressed man with a warm smile and big beautiful sign saying 'Adiwana Bisma'. This was our first clue that we'd chosen well. Gede introduced himself, welcomed us to Bali and took our cases. It was a fair drive to Ubud but it flew by as we took in the views and had lovely conversation with our new best friend Gede.

We turned off of the main road through Ubud onto a quiet street and soon arrived at the beautiful hotel to the warmest of welcomes. A whole team of staff with beaming smiles making us feel at home. As we checked in, we were given the most delicious, unique tasting welcome drink and were shown to our room which had been given all the extra special honeymoon touches you see in the movies.

Though we were only there for two nights, we made the most of the pool and it's views, treated ourselves to the private rooftop dinner which was easily our favourite dinner of the whole honeymoon. We felt very special, were looked after well and had a delicious 3 course meal with wine. Our host took some fantastic photos of us that we're definitely getting framed!

Breakfast was always delicious with a varied menu, great coffee and fresh juices as well as more fantastically friendly service.

After our last checkout and a sad but fond farewell, we had Gede take us around some great spots before taking us to our next hotel. We went to the picturesque rice terraces, a beautiful waterfall and, another highlight of the honeymoon, the most INCREDIBLE temple. It's no secret that Bali has many temples to visit but Gede took us to arguably the most special of them all - the Pura Tirta Empul. This temple is very special to all Balinese Hindus and we joined in a purification ritual that left us feeling alive, emotional and so humbled. The perfect end to our time around Ubud and thanks to Gede for showing us around.

We would definitely go back to Bisma, largely for the team who really make it special with their hospitality and personalities. Suksma.

Lara and Simon

We had a very pleasant stay overall in this lovely hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful, we had a surprise room upgrade which was wonderful, plus a little birthday cake for my birthday which was very special. The location was great.

The breakfast and other food was very good and not really expensive for this kind of hotel.

The pool of course, as everyone mentions, is really spectacular. My kids set off for the day to explore by motorbike and I planned my long awaited day of "me time" by the pool with a book, nice swims and food. Sadly when I went up to the pool mid morning, it was taken up by a group of non residents - shouting, playing loud music, swimming in their outdoor clothes or underwear : (
This is definitely below my expectation for a boutique hotel.
It also worried me from the point of view of safety. Guests have to show their pcr/ antigen test but I guess outsiders don't?

The FO staff were very apologetic when I mentioned this and tried to convince me the people were paying guests but this was very clearly not the case from their conversations.

Pity as my impression otherwise was excellent but it did honestly affect my enjoyment as my stay was such a short one.

It was our first visit to Ubud and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The Adiwana Bisma is a luxury resort hotel which offers a high quality facility with impeccable customer service. The location is perfect, on a side street away from the heavy traffic yet walking distance to the Main Street with its restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The hotel is beautifully designed and ultra clean. It has a nice infinity pool with a fantastic view of the jungle valley. The setting and surroundings creates a very peaceful feeling. We went to their fabulous fire dance dinner show our first night there. The BBQ dinner was very delicious; the dancers performed both traditional and fire dances which were so entertaining. As much as the facility impressed, what really made for a memorable experience was the outstanding customer service. Laura, who checked us in, always greeted us with a smile and pleasant conversation whenever we walked by the front desk. Her smile and friendly demeanor made us feel so welcomed. Made and Arya always made an effort to greet and chat with us and provide any support we needed. All the restaurant staff who supported the fire dance dinner, breakfasts, and afternoon teas, such as Ayu, April, Gusti, and Komang to name a few were all so friendly and pleasant which made all our meals so enjoyable. We noted that everyone from housekeeping to groundskeeping always greeted us with a smile and hello whenever we passed by. All of this made for a truly memorable stay at Adiwana Bisma Ubud and we will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!

One of the best 5 stars in Ubud. What makes this place such a memorable one are the kind hearted staffs. Shout out to Laura at customer service for being very kind and helpful.
Location is at Bisma street, just behind mon- key forest. Newly built, very clean.
Bisma room was very lovely, pillows and bed just right, felt like home. Becareful of slippery floor near the bathtub and shower. Shampoo, handsoap, showergel were all natural and they provide bubble bath. Loving all the smells.
Toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver not provided.
Rooftop infinity pool was nice with ubuds jungle view and also mount Karu.

Last but not least, breakfast! First of all they are super tasty and they are very generous fruits, maincourse, and basket of bread and pastry. Whats amazing is you can have your breakfast anytime from 7.30am to 8pm.

Lovely done with heart, Adiwana Bisma .WIll surely stay again
