I felt totally safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler. The wifi was great and worked in the room. I had my own deck and coy pond! It's right on Main Street and walking distance to rice fields, Monkey forest, and main sights in Ubud. There's a fan only, no aircon, a bit run down, and there were ants,...

Indraprastha is far from luxury living, but don't take that as a bad thing. For those looking to find a place to sleep that doesn't break the bank....or more so leaves a lot of what's in the bank free for spending of food and other activities, this is a great option. The internet worked and the breakfasts were free. The...

This place was really nice. First of all, the grounds are lovely. The fish pools, fruit trees and plants really welcome you and provides a great relief from the town. Our room was very large and with a big balcony over looking the field to the rear. Being away from the road, you couldn't hear it at all, so it...

You need to walk quite a way back inside to get to the homestay. So despite being on one of the busiest streets, it's actually quite peaceful and has a beautifully lush and spacious garden with many choices of rooms. We stayed in the fan-cooled rooms on the upper level. It was very cosy esp since we stayed 16 days....

Everything about this place was amazing. Spacious room with balcony and locks on the wardrobe. Breakfast was simple but delicious and served to your room. The lock on the main door is a big padlock but this is common throughout Indonesia from what I have seen - never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. Ketut was always around to ask questions, help...

This homestay is so cool and comfortable. With clean and wide bathroom, simple room, and a garden. Accessible to shopping stalls and other establishments. The staff were friendly. You can have them cook your meals 3X a day, rent their bicycle and have them fix your airport transfer.

“The room where I stayed had a common wall with the hosts room and kitchen, therefore I could hear pots and voices during daytime, at night it was quiet. Also my room had the main wooden door carved, so you could see outside and if there is light in the room the outsiders can see inside a little bit :D There are 2 cute dogs who need some time to get to know you, till then they will maybe bark when you arrive :)”
