They will accept your booking but they will overbook the hotel and kick you out with no place to stay. I was yelled at and bullied by a very harsh woman and a large man. I am a woman traveling alone and when I told them that I had no place to go, they stopped cleaning my already disgusting room... More

Bali Moon is a great place to stay in if you are looking for a bit of luxury for a reasonable price, relaxing place just near the city centre. Our room was very spacious and clean with a beautiful bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the rice field. The whole place looks like a small hindu temple with all the... More

We fall in love in the atmosphere of balinese living here in Bali Moon: hibiscus flowers everywhere, nice garden, ricefield nearby, green pancakes with coconut, cinnamon and pineapple on breakfast. Cozy, clean, cheap. Mosquito net is pretty funny, but comparing with everything - as like your countryside house with grandma cooking for you.

The little streets that lead to the hotel are an adventure itself. And the hotel- So worth the money! The rooms are gorgeous, people are very friendly and it's in the middle of rice fields - a hotel surrounded by beautiful nature :) my personal highlight: big bathrooms and a bed like it's made for a princess. I definitely recommend... More

The Bali Moon Guesthouse is in a good location near the rice fields. Very quiet, but also near the city center. The owners wife is very helpful, but her husband is a bit a strange person. Breakfast was good and different every day. The rooms are spacious and clean, the interior is in balinese style. Unfortunately, the mosqito net was... More

After backpacking for 6 weeks and staying in some pretty low end places, Bali moon was a paradise! I stayed with my sister and friend in one of the rooms. It was very spacious. They had one king bed and one single bed tucked into the wall. The three of us could have fit into the bed comfortably but it... More

Bali Moon was my home for a full month while practicing yoga in Ubud. Wayan, Made, their kids and Ketut were the most wonderful and sweetest hosts you can ever have. They made me feel part of their daily life and rituals as the whole family leaves on site. I have been going to Bali for the past 5 years... More

The place is very well maintained, the bed is comfortable and huge. They are in the middle of rice field so it is quiet at night except when there are some music practice nearby. It is close to the main street that leads you to the market. I love the breakfast they prepare here, you get frsh fruits, coffe or... More

I came here on accident after telling the cabby the wrong name of the hotel, but after seeing the room (room 2, second floor, I stayed there 4 days) and meeting the fantastic owner, it felt like fate that I arrived at Bali Moon. The value is superb. Each room is decorated with a fantastic sense of keeping it beautifully... More
