This was our 4th stay at this exquisite boutique villa and it just gets better and better. Sabandari always delivers. You would be hard pressed to fault the service at this 6 room luxury resort. It is of an exceptionally high standard. No detail is left unattended. From the moment you pass though the door your every need is taken...

Although I've lived in Asia for a few years as an expat, this was our first visit to Bali for a short first-time-experience. This place is a little heaven on Earth. So close to Ubud, centrally located, convenient, and reasonably short distances to all other place on the island. Staff is extremely friendly, helpful, driver available for the Ubud area....

We stayed in Villa Sabandari for three nights. It was really great place. Like what the reviewers say : great service, peaceful and relaxing place, an infinity pool that looks right over the rice fields. Not many places can offer that!!! Just to quote an example of the great service - a staff drove out late at night to help...

Stayed here for two nights and wish I could have stayed longer. Sabandari is a short drive (provided by the hotel) to Ubud center, but it feels like a world away. The villas are situated on a rice paddy, and the property is very quiet and private. Rooms were very modern and clean, and the outdoor shower is fantastic. The...

We wanted for nothing staying in the serene surrounds of Villa Sabandari. Our worries dissipated the moment we entered the place. You are immediately enveloped in the serenity here and any previous cares or concerns you had are soon forgotten as one can truly relax and destress in this wonderful environment. Your senses are reawakened as you become attuned to...

We loved our three days here. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted, presented with a lovely cold fruit cocktail and given a Lonely Planet guide for Bali. Free introductory massage and access to Villa driver allowed freedom to travel to and from Ubud central or local restaurants. Bridges Bali is a nice...

Not only is the property beautiful, it is only five minutes from Ubud and the staff are amazing. I loved my stay here and cannot wait to return. I stayed in the Legong...

A wonderful 5 nights at Villa Sabandari with family group. Wonderful staff, excellent amenities, great service, close to central Ubud but quiet and rural rice paddy aspect made it a great oasis to chill out after a busy day. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Thanks Dirk and staff.

Well this started out promising. Nice property. Nice location, but I got back from dinner after a long hot day of sightseeing and found that the electricity wasn't quite working to full capacity in my room, meaning the lights were dim and the air conditioner wouldn't turn on. I walked out to reception and staff basically said it had something...

Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) is an Indonesian government-owned corporation which has a monopoly on electricity distribution in Indonesia. They supply 3-phase electric power to Villa Sabandari. The evening you write about, PLN had a technical problem in their central, that resulted in the loss of one phase, not just for us, but also for our neighbours and most probably for...

Wonderful stay here for 3 nights they serve great tea and breakfast. In a quiet environment you can also request for driver to bring you to central Ubud. The place is for adults only so you dont get kids running and screaming in the back ground while you're are relaxing. The bandong room will be perfect as you will have ample...
