The family at Kajeng Bungalows were friendly and relaxed. The room we were in was at the bottom of the property above the river which meant a lot of stairs but it also meant it was the most private.. The pool was fantastic and the breakfast very nice. Good location too.

The location is perfect, on a silent road close to the Ubud Palace, having great dining and massage places nearby. The place is perfect for introverts, who prefer nature, birds singing, water sounds, good views on jungle, and your own nest away from city noise. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple, having some signs of...

Perfect tranquil Balinese style bungalows stay in the middle of ubud central but yet quiet to have a peace of mind, surrounding by tropical greens, serene and calm. Friendly and warmth hospitality makes you feel like the perfect getaway. ( they definitely speak your language ) You can even order room service with limited menu - instant noddles with veggies...

You can't tell from the street, but this place has a sensational garden and beautiful setting. The staff are really friendly and helpful at organising tours and buses if you need them. The rooms are very private with own terrace and garden, just lovely for sitting outside. Unfortunately though the rooms inside are old and a bit musty, and there...

Stayed in Ubud for about 2 weeks and enjoyed Kajeng the entire time. Breakfast brought to your door every morning, a great location next to a huge valley drop. The wild life is everywhere! Had a big dragon lizard walk in front of my bungalow porch, huge spiders that you have to look out for while walking at night...and while...

My husband and I stayed in this hotel as everything else was booked. At first glance it was pretty great. Most of Ubud has been built up in a jungle, so out the back there is a huge drop off with a stream running through the mountain - lots of wildlife to spot! (bats, pretty birds, weird water creatures). They...

The location is great as it's close to the action but far enough away to be very peaceful. The gardens and swimming pool are beautiful and the ravine views lovely. The staff were extremely friendly and brought a lovely breakfast to our terrace every day. The outside of the rooms are great, with traditional carved door and windows but the...
