There's not enough room to describe accurately what lengths this place and its resident village employees go through to make sure every person has the time of their life. It's beautiful, of course, the elephants and their trainers are amazing, but everything from the food, rooms, gardens, everything is just like a perfect dream. I highly recommend it. It's a... More

From the word go, it's been amazing. the room is beautiful & spacious, has a ceiling fan & an air con too. so nice to have a proper shower after staying at other 5 star resorts that the bathrooms were kind of ordinary. Fresh fruit & cakes daily, complementary fresh milk which our other resorts we had to pay, we... More

We enjoyed our trip here from our cruise ship. We enjoyed it very much and it would be a great place to take children. However, I was extremely uncomfortable with the talent show and would have preferred if that had not happened. The lunch was great - although like most buffets not hot enough - Yes, it is very commercialized... More

The name of this place is utterly misleading. It's not a Safari experience so much as a place for a group tour; it's not a Safari Park out in the wilderness so much as a Theme Park and it's not a Lodge so much as a Hotel complete with tacky gift shop and 'jumbo the elephant' type displays. They make... More

So good to see elephants happy in a safe environment this happy - to people who are writing cruel reviews clearly haven't spoke to the staff or done any research as these elephants have been saved from a Island where hunting and poaching occur. These elephants are fed, sheltered and provided a safe environment for reproduction and conservation. Yes they... More

The staff and park were excellent with the exception of the Front Desk. We purchased a room with a view (Pattie) and were placed behind the restaurant/bar. We questioned the Front Desk three times and they said it was an "upgrade" when in fact it was a "downgrade." The only explanation we could come up with for our treatment is... More

A group of 6 friends booked this trip from our hotel. The van picked us up from the park which was very convenient. The cost was 60pp which included a delicious buffet lunch afterwards. You get to watch the elephants have there baths, feed them then go for a half hour ride through some lovely garden paths. Each elephant has... More

Highly recommended, the day we went it was raining very heavily but the elephants seemed to love it and were playing in the water. We just paid for entry which was only US$19 adult, elephant ride and lunch were extras. The museum was great with wooly mammoth skeleton and other very interesting artefacts.

We went on a day tour to this place. Get there early (9.30am) to avoid the line up when the crowds roll in from 10am. The elephants are beautiful and the guides are excellent and very good with the English language. The gardens are well looked after and so too are the elephants from what we could see. The park...
