Washed the elephants, didn't do the ride. Prepare to get completely wet. Although a free hot shower with soap and a towel is provided. Just bring spare clothes. This was a genuinely enjoyable experience for me and my partner.

Entering the park we were greeted, given a welcoming drink and shown to our room with a view directly in front of the elephant feed area. It was unreal just looking at all the elephants. After been taken to the restaraunt by the elephant, we were entertained by them and sat down to excellent meal. Have to make the comment... More

Originally, my nephew was skeptical of the 'ride an elephant' industry. However, after meeting Nigel (founder) at dinner on the first night his views changed. The project explanation and the subsequent tour of the lodge gave us a better understanding of goal/process of ESP. Ideally - all animals would stay in their natural habitat (everyone agrees), but knowing that is... More

We spent 2 fantastic nights here. Up close and personal with the elephants. Hands on washing them.... be prepared to get wet. The privilege of swimming with them is an opportunity not to be missed. Grounds amazing. Rooms clean comfortable and relaxing. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent food...and cocktails. Highly recommend a stay here if you love elephants. Well done... More

My wife and I went here on our honeymoon for an elephant ride, we dis not stay at the lodge on site. The facility was well kept and very clean, and also had ice cream shop, restaurant available, and daily shows available. The ride itself was amazing, the host gives you two umbrellas just in case, the seat is a... More

I went to the Elephant Park yesterday and loved it. I'm always wary of animals being held captive as I think some places are cruel. I didn't feel like that here. The staff took their time to advise and show visitors their methods of training the elephants to keep their minds active. Once you've paid the entrance fee there are... More

My wife and I stayed at the lodge at the Elephant Safari Park with our disabled son and had a once in a lifetime experience. The park is amazing and as a guest at the lodge you get access to opportunities not available to the regular day visitors - such as being collected from your room by elephant taxi to... More

Too expensive to stay at when you look for a budget rooms but still worth the visit at least as a safari guest ;) The animals are treated well and look happy, the owners seem to have a good cause (I suggest searching some documents on this place on youtube before going) saving elephants from Sumatra and I don't know... I fell in love with the elephants. Although i was incredibly happy to see the elephants it was very painful to see elephants tied up with chains and their keepers with a hammer type tool to keep the elephants in order. Before i got there i thought i was going to see elephants enjoying their freedom. I really broke my... More

We stayed at the lodge overnight after spending the day in Ubud. Room was amazing with everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The balcony overlooks the elephant grounds which was an amazing experience. Waking up in the morning to all the elephants will be a memory i will never forget. That morning we did all the park...
