My wife and I stayed at Komaneka Bisma for a week and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The grounds are beautiful and the people at theresort were the most helpful and interested in us enjoying our stay. They were open and caring and went way beyond the...More
Exceptional staff, especially front desk Beni, Parmini, and Marka. The rooms are large and very comfortable, with exceptional balconies. I loved the beds, the bathroom, the amenities - but even more, I loved the staff!!
We spent 26 nights at the Komaneka Bisma Hotel, and each night was wonderful. The entire staff was so welcoming, so helpful, so present, and so warm and friendly. Dear Novie (Novie Supriastawan) greeted us, checked us in, and guided us to our room. She...More
The beauty of this hotel is complimented by the attentive and courteous staff.
Sak Ming, in particular, made sure we had chocolate cake at every meal - including breakfast:)
Love this place and the people in it!!

They do a quite reasonable pizza ("woodfired" ) which we had for lunch once. Cannot remember cost , but very reasonable. As for evenings, we chose to go into town because a) there is the free shuttle , b) the restaurant is rather bright and soulless and empty at night. On the other hand there is so much choice in Ubud, and getting around is tiring due to the traffic..As I said in my review , there's 2 nice eating places right where the shuttle drops you at the in-town Komenica. I think we paid say 400K IDR (ie GBP24) for meal for 2 at Centa bar/restnt (similar at Wayan)
