Was at this guesthouse for 4 nights. Was welcome with open arms. 5 of us all together. The feel was I was home. There were other guest at the time but all the guest and staff there were very friendly. Breakfast is average but is cook on the spot upon ordering. Simple menu. Staff are there to help any time...

We stayed at Sindhu Mertha for a week. We were extremely happy with our stay! The place is nice and clean with a small pool and outdoor sitting area, with each room having a small patio or balcony with chairs and a drying stand. Located on Jl Danau Poso which is one of the main roads in Sanur it is...

I have been here many times and not since the significant facelift. New furniture out on the patios and new bathrooms, with the secret of keeping the private antique old homely feeling. Wonderful outdoor area near the pool. This is such a great private complex on the main street of Sanur.

When I first arrived at Sindhi Mertha Guest House -- after a 10 day stay in an awesome place Thailand -- I was a little shocked by the lack of amenities: Only two towels total for the two of us (they were ragged), safe that we weren't able to use, shampoo dispenser that fell off wall so staff simply removed...

Friendly folk that couldn't be helpful enough when I was late back (4am), needed directions or help hiring a scooter. Large rooms that were serviced daily. Breakfast of choice from the menu and Bali coffee which will certainly wake you up in the morning. Beach is only minutes a way (10 if you walk). Plenty of places to eat, drink...

So I stayed here as a filler in between tours. The place is basic but it was suitable for my needs. The beach is a 15 min walk away although there are plenty of taxis down the road to take you. The variety of breakfasts is rather limited but if you just want some eggs and toast then it's fine....

The rooms are nice but the beds are really uncomfortable! There is constant traffic noise all night long which makes it really hard to sleep must be close to a highway. The staff were loud and didn't turn the pool lights off until after midnight and the pool is directly outside every room so the bright lights made it hard...

We recently stayed in this guesthouse and although it sounds like a guesthouse it is very comfortable with Indonesian styled rooms. They come with a/c, tv with a lot of channels and a small (shared) pool in front of the bottom rooms. The staff speaks good English and are always smiling. As most Indonesian places the shower head can be...
