Very comfy and clean appartement with direct pool access and nice breakfast. The service was great and staff was very kindly and greatful. They helped us in any matter, be it transportation or enjoying the day at Sanur village and beach.

Our family of four ( children 8 and 9 )had the pleasure of staying at Kembali Lagi Guest House for two nights in the spacious two bedroom family suite. This was our first visit to Bali and Kembali organised our transfer from the airport with ease. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found our hosts exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable and the included breakfast was delicious. The guesthouse was walking distance to beach, many restaurants and shops and our children enjoyed feeding the resident fish and turtles in the morning. Would definitely recommend Kembali Lagi guesthouse for families visiting Sanur and look forward to staying again in the future.

We rented the villa Indah and overflow stayed 100m down the road in the guesthouse rooms. We can all honestly say our stay was heavenly. Villa was used for breakfasts for the 10 to come together from guesthouse and villa to start our days, and private swimming and socialising to our hearts content. The staff were so friendly , if I ever rang the office, the greeting was so bubbly and friendly. Special mention to young gentleman Lecksi down at the guesthouse. We were doing a group photo in front of one of the many beaut doorways in the lane , he was riding past but stopped and helped the old girls 😀 The lane seems narrow but our mini bus even happily came right to the door to pick us up and sat in the lane 30 mins as we were not ready. No complaints from any other traffic. Rinni and her team at the villa were amazing.our ladies loved being cleaned up after and served meals. Dinner one night, snacks prepared on arrival , crate of beer and drink mixers on tab all added up to $15 aud per head . Amazing!

Our room was ready for our early arrival which was fabulous. We had recently moved from another hotel in Sanur and I was unsure about this one. We stayed in superior 2 for a week and everything was perfect. It is not a five star hotel but our stay was definitely five star ⭐️. This is a beautiful guesthouse, so you don't have to fight for pool space, you don't have to listen to blah blah, you don't have to pay $7+ for a beer! It is quiet, relaxed and very special. Our room was very clean, great air conditioning, and also overhead fan which is my preference. The most comfortable bed we have had in Bali this trip. Great balcony for breakfasts and afternoon relaxing was perfect. Staff are very kind, very helpful and discreet. Breakfast is simple, delicious and very quick. Eggs, fruit, coconut pancakes, toast, condiments, juice and very good coffee. It is an easy 5 min walk to Main Street for many restaurants, bars, shopping, etc., but we preferred to taxi at night. $3AUD to anywhere along the beach/restaurant strip, so if you prefer not to walk, or it's too hot, factor that in a couple times a day and you will be super happy. I love this place and would definitely return. Thank you to all the amazing Kembali Lagi staff for a great stay. Also big thanks for super late checkout as our room was available and our flight was late at night. Very grateful! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

We stayed here for 5 nights and unfortunately it was our least favorite of the 4 places we stayed.
We were looking forward to a smaller more intimate accommodation in Sanur but these room are tiny. I would definitely recommend the bigger family rooms which are located right off the pool path and not behind the bamboo/trees.
The staff were wonderful and helped with an issue of blocked bathroom drains and overflowing sinks - I don’t even want to know what the really bad smelling charcoal stuff was that was coming up the drains. But in saying that, staff were very quick to fix our room and accommodating to family who were in an adjacent room by moving them.
Our main issue was with the extremely territorial pack of 4-5 dogs you have to pass to get to the main road. Maybe it was just mating season during this time but after attempting three times to get past them barking and advancing we had no choice but to use grab to pick us up each time we wanted to leave the guest houses. Reception did say they are aware of this and that some people take stones from the property but to us that sounded counter productive - if these dogs think we are going to throw stones... no wonder they are angry.
For that reason alone we wouldn’t return here. Staff were lovely but the location didn’t feel particularly safe.

While we completely understand that some visitors to Bali can be intimidated by street dogs, Kembali Lagi Guest House is a fervent supporter of animal welfare organisations in Bali and we take very seriously your statement that our staff suggested taking stones to ward off dogs. Quite frankly, all of our staff were shocked at this suggestion. The dogs on our street (3 or 4 small terrier mixes and an ancient border collie mix that are owned by neighbours) can definitely be yappy but are not vicious as evidenced by the frequent foot traffic and lack of incidents. As street dogs are common throughout Bali, we have sometimes recommended taking a small bag of kibble (which we keep in our office for Mama Cat) which has the effect of turning a “territorial pack” into your new best friends! Jalan Kesari is noted to be one of the most desirable streets in Sanur, known locally as “Villa Row” because of the many private villas. Situated in the center of Sanur’s beachside community, we are just a five minute walk to shops and cafes. We feel terrible that you may have perceived a poor impression. In regard to your blocked drain, we do apologise. Although maintenance issues are infrequent, we do strive to address them quickly and appreciate your noting this in your review. We would love to host you again and offer a free upgrade to one of our larger Superior rooms.

From the moment we stepped inside we were astounded by the sheer beauty and warmth of the villa and thought to ourselves that this would be a truly unforgettable experience!
The villa has a pool with an outside lounge covered setting surrounded by lush greenery where we enjoyed so many days and evenings. When you step inside there is a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely lounge room with all that you require, including a huge DVD selection and even cable tv. The two bedrooms are large and so architecturally designed with adjoining bathrooms and an additional bathroom.
Each morning you are cooked a scrumptious breakfast of cooked eggs, toast, porridge, fresh fruit and hot coffee made by the lovely staff at the villa.
The location is just a short stroll to the beautiful seaside village of Sanur and its magical beaches and lovely restaurants and spas.
We would like to thank the beautiful Camille and her lovely staff Ayu, Dewey and Ketut for making our stay at the special award winning ‘Cottage on Kesari’ such a memorable and magical holiday!

I've traveled the world and stayed at many guest houses and Kembali Lagi is by far one of my favourites. I can't praise Camile and the team enough for making my stay at Kembali Lagi Guest house feel like home.
Every morning I was greeted with the biggest smiles. I literally peeped out my door and within a few minutes the friendly staff popped in with a "good morning" and a warm cup of coffee. I had a room with a small private outside area and ate what felt like "breakfast in bed".
I was on a business trip and worked late but every night I got back "home" to a clean and tidy room, soft lights on and I could just walk in and get a good night's rest.
They arranged a scooter for me to rent for the duration of my stay and when I had to extend my stay but we're unable to stay at their property, they helped me with another scooter rental at the same rate, no questions asked. This is family!
The location is perfect! Close enough to where things are happening in town but tucked away in a quiet area that makes you feel like you are in an oasis. The rooms have everything you need. I stayed in a superior room at 1st and later moved to a standard room. Both options were super comfortable.

We wanted a quiet place to spend our last 3 days in Bali and found it here at Kembali Lagi. It's in a great location in Sanur, just away from the hustle of the main street and beach, but close enough to wander down when you felt like it. We found lots of good eating places within walking distance for both lunch and dinner. The property and rooms are all beautifully kept, and the ambience is welcoming and relaxing. Our room was perfect with plenty of space to spread out, comfy seats to lounge in, a good bed, mini-fridge, nice bathroom and super clean & fresh. Pool was really lovely. Great that they supplied water in a glass bottle and you could fill up at the kitchen whenever you wanted. Breakfast was simple done perfectly, couldn't ask for better. The only thing to note (and it's not necessarily a criticism) is that being a very small boutique guesthouse there is not much public space & there is not a heap of privacy as the rooms are all surrounding the pool. Just something to be aware of so you know what you're booking.

A great stay in Kembali Lagi Guest house. The staff were super helpful and friendly and every more there was a tasty breakfast and it was a really nice way to start the day eating it on the low table on the sofa. The hotel had little extras such a books and dvds to use as well mozzie repellent. These added touches really show how much the hotel look out for their guests

We have stayed twice with our family at the villas and guest house, so have tried most of the offerings they have available. The properties are all wonderful and as advertised, with traditional design elements. We feel right at home in the villa/cottage with our family and the guest house has been great for our over-flow requirements. Will definitely be back. Staff are great and very helpful. The location is fabulous and really close to the the main restaurant/dining/entertainment strip in Sanur for easy walk to dinner, or to the beach. The properties are comfortable, homely and clean. You can see they've kept up their maintenance during the pandemic where a lot of other properties have not. You can stay here with confidence :-) See you next time!

Yes! Kembali Lagi Guest House operates 2 villas, one 2 bedroom and one 4 bedroom. They are located on the same street at the Guest House (about 50-75 meters away). You can see pictures and book on our website
