The Pavilions Bali is celebrated for its peaceful atmosphere and traditional decor, offering a retreat with excellent value, as noted by numerous guests. The personalized service, including villa breakfast delivery, is frequently lauded, as is the hotel's cleanliness, with villas and pools that are meticulously maintained. Luxurious amenities such as private pools and diverse dining options add to the serene experience. While the spacious rooms are generally admired for their luxury, some suggest they could benefit from updates. The location is a hit for its balance of seclusion and easy access to local attractions.

From the fantastic service, to the unbelievable food, this place was a dream. Could not have asked for anything better (strongly suggest upgrading for your own private pool!) We didn't have a chance to eat at the restaurant but the breakfast to the villa was amazing as was all of the food ordered for lunch/dinner. The location is literally smack in the middle of everything, leaving you the ability to walk anywhere you wish. The massages were some of the best I've ever had in my life.

We stayed in a honeymoon villa and as with all the service it started at the airport where the driver picked us up and gave an incredible welcome to this beautiful island.

We were warmly welcomed at the hotel by the manager and from there in nothing was to much trouble, the whole complex is like paradise you barely know anyone is around you yet you can literally walk to loads of bars and the beach.

Accommodation was beautiful with attention to detail well above the cost, food delivered daily and cooked if we wanted. Free driver to the beach which I would recommend due to the heat.

We also had a driver to take us around the small villages for the day it was incredible and well worth the day out to see places we wouldn't have otherwise.

The restaurant and pool bar served stunning food and catered to allergies. We so look forward to trying one of their other properties next as it was a wonderful experience and we wish them well.

The Pavilions is an absolute gem of a find, off the main street in Sanur, but absolutely no noise from the traffic.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel special.

Our villa 8 was kept spotlessly clean, as was our pool and garden every day.

The pool is approximately 7m by 2m so big enough to swim in. The depth is 1.25m. There was a greatly placed handrail which was a godsend to me as I had a bad knee. But there are 3 wide steps to get in and out making good access.

The villa is very spacious with a kitchen dinner and living room. Tea and coffee were available as was a paid minibar. There was even a fringe with an ice box to stock up on your ice cream.

The bedroom had a large king-size bed and the bathroom had a large deep bath woth an outdoor shower.

The resort had a fantastic Jahe restaurant which we ate at a few nights, very good food at reasonable costs. A great selection of cocktails. The resort pool had a restaurant that served during the day with some gorgeous sandwiches and light meals.

Don't forget to call into the spa I had a fabulous pedicure and foot massage.

The resort is a little walk from the beach about 800m a circuit walk is about 2 miles which takes you on a good trip around the area.

All the staff and manager were fantastic. This is a place we will return to.

There are lots of restaurant around the area, or for a short bluebird taxi takes you further up to whete the main shops of sanur are with more restaurants.

Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable

Paid $430 a night aud for a 1 bedroom villa to stay here over Christmas which I’m sure is inflated because of it being peak period. I travel frequently for work globally and In no way do I think the property represents that cost at all in any country let alone SE Asia. Every single window or door had large gaps allowing mosquitos in during the day and night, the rooms themselves are tired and in need of a renovation as is the whole property in general. The saving grace is that the staff were amazing and honestly that is about it. There is some great air bnbs in the Sanur area for $200 AUD per night however we booked late so didn’t have that option at the time but will definitely be going down this path next time.

We spent 10 nights here and it was sheer luxury. The villas are amazingly comfortable and spacious, staff keep them spotless with daily cleaning, replenishing of consumables and a lovely little gift every evening with turndown. Special thanks go to Oki and Agus who looked after us with such detailed attention. We used our private villa pool for refreshing dips and the public one if we wanted more of a swim, both were checked and cleaned regularly. We had several meals during our stay and all were delicious and served beautifully. We treated ourselves to the seafood bbq one evening - it was outstanding! The gazebo was decorated and the chef cooked right next to our table. A real night to remember. We also made use of the two for one offer in the spa and enjoyed the best massage we've ever had. Your daily breakfast order or other room service can be done very easily via a downloadable app, or you can simply call reception or pop to the pool bar.

The Pavilions offer Balinese hospitality that cannot be beaten, we really hope to return!

We stayed in the Honeymoon Villa for 10 nights and what an amazing place! From start to finish, the staff literally could not do enough for us. On arrival, our name was personalised on the door (it's the little things which make it memorable!) . We were shown around, given a refreshing complimentary drink and left to settle in. Each night we filled in the breakfast order which was delivered to our villa, on time, the following morning.

The Villa was exceptionally clean and very spacious and cool. The bed was huge and really comfortable. We had so much space outside and our own pool which was perfect. The staff came round daily to clean, sweep outside and clean the pool and then again in the evening to leave fresh water by the bed and a little gift each night.

We ate in the Jahe restaurant in the hotel which was so nice. We also spent time around the communal pool and enjoyed a complimentary foot massage at the spa.

The villa was so peaceful and private and yet 2 minutes walk to the shops, bars and restaurants and a further 5 minutes to the gorgeous sandy beach. (our favourite bar to eat and drink and enjoy live music was 'Little Bird' where the staff were so friendly).
We also would highly recommend the Mona Lisa restaurant.

We had a late flight on our departure day and so were lucky to be able to use another villa for the day. We were moved to a Garden Villa and they even moved our name plaque! Sadly all good things have to come to an end and it was time to go home.

Cannot recommend The Pavillions enough and we would love to return in the future!

My wife and I spent 5 glorious nights in this gem of a property! We stayed in a private pool villa and loved everything about our stay. The villa is spacious and spotlessly clean and the big private pool was just wonderful. Our stay included breakfast served in our villa each morning. Just fill out your breakfast order the night before and let them know what time you’d like it delivered to your villa. It arrived on time every morning. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. We travel to Bali twice each year and I can say this was the best experience we’ve had in terms of accommodation. So much so we’ve booked another 5 nights for February, 2023. I can’t recommend this property enough. Even though it’s on Jln Tambingan (the main road through Sanur), the property is set back from the road and there is no traffic noise whatsoever. It’s very tranquil and peaceful. A great property for couples. Location is brilliant. Lots of warungs and restaurants close by. Sindhu night market is also close by. Can’t wait to come back in February. I think we’ve finally found our home away from home. Oh…I almost forgot. You’ll get a lovely surprise at the front door of your villa when you arrive. I won’t spoil the surprise but it’s such a lovey touch. Hank you Simona and your wonderful staff for a truely wonderful, relaxing stay at The Pavilions.

We spent 11 nights here in October for our anniversary.
Pre arrival we had organised an express access to customers and a driver. Both were waiting for us and were extremely helpful. We stayed in a one bedroom pool villa and it included breakfast, a foot massage and a Balinese dinner.
Our check in was easy and the staff escorted us to our villa and then gave us a run down how things worked.
The villa was lovely, clean and quite spacious and although the furnishings had been updated a few years ago it was still a little tired. I would also recommend they put something to hold onto while you are stepping into the pool because the steps in our pool were at least 12inches each and I need to hold on to my husbands hand every time I got in or our of the pool. They were very private and close to everything you needed.
The staff were very attentive and always readily available.
We had a couples massage in the spa which was very relaxing and reasonably priced as we had 2 for 1.
Unfortunately the same could not be said of The Traditional Balinese Dinner, I would not recommend - it started with soup which was clear water with melon in it and the a platter of dry chicken fillet and an over cooked fish these were served with traditional condiments again not very appetising.
The breakfast's were served in the villa and while there was a variety it was never hot and you had to order it the night before. It would be better to have a choice of where you wanted to have eat breakfast.

The location is very convenient.
And the beach. Currency exchange, cafes, restaurants, massages, laundry and Shopping areas are all within walking distance.
Sindhu Market is also within walking distance, so you can enjoy the night market and morning market.

Regarding the hotel, the premises are all clean and the rooms are very clean.
The kitchen of this Villa does not have a stove so cooking is not possible.
There is no complimentary bottled water and a water dispenser is provided.
It can feel a little chilly because the air conditioning works well, so you may want to use a light hoodie.
The TV in the room is not available on YouTube, but you can rent a DVD at the front desk.
It didn't look like there would be a Japanese movie, so if you need one, I recommend you bring it from Japan.
There is no TV in the bedroom, but that was just right for me because I stayed for relaxation.
It was a bathroom and toilet, but it was a very large space.
The bathroom mirror was also very large, and the tub was large.
The large shower room also allows parents and children to take a bath together.
However, you need to be careful about that because the shower room is a bit slippery.
I stayed in a room with a pool, and the pool was cleaned and cleaned every day.

For breakfast, you can order daily by 10pm using the QR code.
You can choose from a variety of options and bring them to you at the time you specify.

The staff were very kind and very respectful.
I owe it to the staff to make me feel comfortable from the center of my stay.

If I had to ask for just one thing, I thought it would be even more comfortable to hang up my swimsuit or towel if you could put a small dry.

We stayed at the Pavilions Bali for 5 nights in Feb 2020. On arrival we were given the opportunity to upgrade to a villa with pool and we were not disappointed. The accommodation, food and spa were faultless. However, what made this stay special was the fantastic level of service and generous spirit of all the staff. We loved all the little touches, from the decoration of the villa entrance doorway, to the little gifts left in our room each evening. We would wholeheartedly recommend the Pavilions Bali to anyone wanting to visit Sanur and stay in a quality hotel - it may not be on the beach front but the shuttle service more than compensates for this.

We booked a 1 bed pool villa . It was shaded in the afternoon . Quite honestly it was so hot and humid we didn’t need the sun to enjoy our pool and kick back on the sun loungers . In fact not being in the sun all day was a bit of a blessing ! I wouldn’t be concerned about it .

Dear Gabrielle, the majority of our One Bedroom Pool Villas have separate A/C units for living and bedroom, only our Balinese style villas, with a conservatory living room that can be fully opened up to the garden, profit from the two units in the bedroom as per their unique design.
