Spent four months here this year finishing a book and had a fantastic time: absolutely huge apartment with a huge bed and a lovely view of the garden and swimming pool.Tammy and Kelvin and great hosts and since he speaks both Balinese and Indonesian is of invaluable help with things like visa extensions, getting the best deal on renting a...

My first visit to this wonderful location was 23 years ago. This second visit January 2014 did not disappoint. The hospitality, warmth and invaluable local information dispensed by Kelvin and Tammy is reason alone to visit. The Sanur B&B is located on a quiet side street that is just a few minute's walk from the beach and local restaurants. A...

At first it is a nice and cosy bed&breakfast. The owner is friendly and helpful. But when we arrived he wanted us to pay (cash) right away. Ok, no problem. But it was not ok when I wanted to go together with my girlfriend. Even when our backpacks were there... The bathroom is smelly and our bed was not really...

We stayed in a beautifully decorated balinese style room, with a private space in the back for the bathroom and a lovely outdoor/open air shower. There's also a lush and very well kept garden with a pool and different spots where you can read, play with the friendly dogs,or just relax. What really makes this place in my opinion, though,is the owner...

If you want to feel like a traveller and not a plastic tourist relying on " Tea like mum makes" then this is your kind of place. The facilities were great but the ambience was better. Take in the garden and pool while you have breakfast and Kelvin and Tammy give you honest advice that saves you more than your...

Never did I imagine my 3 month vacation away from home would be this enjoyable! From the clean room, to the warm showers, to the most amazing breakfasts served every morning, it was almost like being at home. What made the stay even better was the great hospitality shown by Kelvin and Tammy! Being a solo traveler, it took me...

The overall impression. The hotel is located in the private sector. It consists of three houses and a cozy green garden. The road to the beach takes about 10 minutes on foot and goes through the narrow streets (not illuminated at night). Apartments. We lived on the first floor. This is a large bright studio with a garden view, small...

we had an amaizing room in this really nice B&B. Located very close to the shore, yet in a calm area. We could use some bikes, free of charge, to visit the surroundings. Breakfast is delicious, and, last but not least, the host is very friendly and helpful...

We booked for one night after coming back from Gili and before going to Lovina. At first our driver wasn't able to find this homestay and it took us some minutes. The first impression was disappointing. They don't even have a sign or something like this. The name is only painted to the door. Not really classy for the money...

If you are looking for a cosy homestay, the Sanur B&B, its a nice choice. Kelvin, the owner, was very helpful and we felt very well taken care of. Within a short 5 minute walk there are good restaurants nearby as well as the beach is not too far away. The property's garden is very relaxing, breakfast was huge and...

“Driving around in much of Bali is HELL! Find a comfortable spot and hang out and enjoy. Sitting in massive logjams of traffic is NORMAL! Avoid lots of travel or plan to travel early before traffic. It isnt the same Tropical Paradise of the 80s...where we could get all around Bali in a day. Holidays western and Indo and Balinese can cause unimaginable hell on the roads...and seriously take the fun out of your vacation.”
