Booked for 6 nights, used Suite Upgrade Award to confirm Family Suite. Day of arrival upgraded to Regency Suite. Regency Lounge: Buffet style for breakfast and evenings (free cocktails and beer). What’s served during breakfast doesn’t change much, but dinner has a different menu every night. Friendly staff, huge property. It’s quite a walk from the beach to the lobby. Free bike rental, even has ones with a baby seat. This was our second stay at this property and would definitely book again.

My wife and I just spent a week in Bali with 12 friends. It was our first visit to this magical island but not our last. Everything about the HR is amazing...the food, the service, the grounds. While the whole staff was helpful and friendly, extra love to Jaya in the lounge. He's a gem. They're all gems...he's the gemmiest! Because of our Globalist status, we received a nice room upgrade. The larger rooms are on the ground floor so our view was of the pretty garden. We also had access to the lounge. This was unbelievable. A full breakfast buffet with cooked-to-order eggs (amazing eggs benedict) and so many options, we were never bored (or hungry). Each night, the lounge opens from 5-7p with an open bar (limited options but unlimited drinks) and a dinner buffet that changed every 5-6 days. The food was a giant step up from finger food and it was our dinner most nights. The lounge is gorgeous. If you aren't a Globalist member, you can add this club access for a reasonable fee before you check in. Once you check in, it's more than twice the price. Our group did the Wednesday night Balinese culture performance and buffet and we were surprised how much we enjoyed it. The food at the HR is fantastic. Surrounding the hotel is a "boardwalk" lined with the beach and small shops and restaurants. It's a flat walkway and easy to navigate. The only issue we had was at night (sleeping). The room wouldn't get cooler than 21C. Engineering tried to help but they loaned us a fan in the end. Not enough to chase us off...we're booking 2 weeks at the Hyatt Regency Bali next year.…

I always love Hyatt's chain hotels, wether Grand Hyatt Nusadua / Andaz Bali / HRB Sanur. I loved the large yard and the pool and how the hotel maintain the park, the fish ponds. The latest news that HRB and Andaz was working together for sea turtle conservation. Excellent jobs..

The hotel fully met our expectations regarding location next to the Sanur Beach, as well as the very High Service Level from the smiling staff. Food was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet. The room was nicely decorated with a terrazza and a sea view. All in all Hyatt Regency over exceeded our exoectations despite the initial high expectations. We stayed for 14 days.

Wasn't expecting much from Hyatt Regency because of the past experiences from it's sister hotel, Grand Hyatt Bali. To my surprise, it turned out to be much better than my expectation! Excellent hospitality and service from the moment we arrived. All the hotel's staffs were polite and friendly. The room is exactly what was shown on the Internet, neat and clean. The Club Regency's lounge was very impressive. Plenty delicious food and drinks and the ambience was amazingly beautiful! Also not forgetting to mention they have a turtles conversation centre which you can see and learn about the lovely turtles. Lastly, the spa is one of the best I'd been. Good massage techniques and comfortable private room with beautiful and peaceful surroundings. There's nothing that we dislike or able to pin-point at! This place is good for company activities and group gathering such as alumni reunion and etc. The compnay event was very suceessful, meetings room are flexible, and people are easily to gather and social. The local foods are very good like satay. BBQ is not that i enjoyed. We have morning walk along the beach and night tour, it is very impressive. Swimming is also silent without any disturbance from other visitors in the morning.

Stay at this outstanding beach front resort for the ultimate in traditional balinese style luxury in lush garden settings. We return guests stayed 8 nights. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough. Make sure you book a breakfast included stay and dine beside beautiful ponds and stunning gardens overlooking pools and the Sanur beach. Distinctive 5 star dining at all venues with service to match. Thank you to SRI whose joyful customer service is standout after her proud 21 years of working here. We highly recommend taking the High Tea experience with generous delicate offerings. It is very good value and not to be missed. It was delightful.
