Terrible place. The rooms were yuk, dirty & very run down. Nothing much in thier in the way of amenities, no mini bar or room service. The only restaurant was terrible, limited menu & service was hard as not much English is spoken by staff. The animal show and dolphin swim is a rip off, cost is over $100 to...

Northern Bali is something different, I expected more. That,s right the rooms are big, but the furniture, decoration... The hotel staff is friendly, service is good, the food .. I'd say fair. And the dolphins are ... nice, but, that,s hard to see them in a such a small pools. The water is not clear... Sad impressions. Hope something has...

Hotel rooms has minimalistic basic design and features. Bed, shower, tv, small freezer, a huge wooden/dusty cupboard in room, only 1 mirror in the whole of room (bathroom), the bathroom's open design so..only usage: 1person at a time. Its a generally nice simple hotel with huge ground with sort of a zoo: A pair of crocs, birds, a pair of...

The only reason why my friends and I decided to stay here was because of the dolphins. turns out they live in very small swimming pools and the rest of the animals are kept in tiny dirty cages and the smell is so bad its obvious they haven't been cleaned out in a very long time. All the animals look...

Dear Meilanny, We are glad that you enjoyed the dolphin show. The slightly pricey cost of swimming with the dolphins is due to the high upkeep cost of the dolphins. We provide the best treatment for our saved dolphins to ensure they live a prosperous life. The room that are "tasteless" was part of our "rooms in-progess of upgrade". Since...
