Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Having travelled a lot in South Asia, especially Bali I must honestly say I was absolutely disappointed with this accommodation. It was tired and delapitated. It was unloved. My room was dark and the bathroom was like a cupboard with cement plastered on the wall. The pillow was what made me totally upset. It was dirty with the smell of someone’s sweat before me, it made me heave and still does when I think about it…..This is an honest review. The Owners seemed lovely and their hospitality was noted, however I wonder if this possibly butters you up to write a good review? I paid more money for this place than previously where I stayed I had a kettle, fridge, hot water and breakfast! Note to Owners - Please put some of the money you earn from the rooms back into the business!

Room Tip: It is up a steep hill, not great if you have mobility issues.

Great experience. Extremely welcoming. The most friendliest staff! Even gave me a coffee and cake to-go for the long drive to the harbour at 7am! Had a private room directly opposite the pool with beautiful views of the complex. Never heard any other visitors, very peaceful. Pool, room and facilities were very clean. Will happily stay again in the future 😁

We chose this hotel because of the location, right in between jimbaran and nusa dua where we had work there. Only 10 mins driving to each area. Located in an alley up but easy to find with their signage on main road. Hotel landscape is up and down as it is located on a hill. Each room has sea view which look the best at night. Each house has 1 room up, 1 room down and a roof top gazebo. 2nd floor rooms have the best view but may not be suitable for old people as need to climb steep wooden stairs. We stayed in 1st floor room yet still get nice sea view. Our room is big and clean with big windows, unfortunately lighting is insufficient. At night our room is dark. We saw other rooms look brighter. Seems facilities in each room are not standard. Some have tv, some not (including our room). Even no trash bin in our room. Maybe we were just unlucky to stay in a lacking room. Bathroom is small but unique and clean, however shower pressure is a bit weak. I personally dislike the room tiles, think the tiles are more suitable for bathroom. Walls and ceilings are made of wood and thin. You can hear people upstairs talking and walking. There is a nice big swimming pool. Thing i need to give thumbs up is the warm and friendly owners. This couple live there and like to interact with guests. You will feel like talking with friends. They have a cute dog who likes to play with guests. Will stay there again but hopefully can choose better room

Its in a good location if north Nusa dua is what you want. Good value for money at ten us dollars a night. Yes it is a little run down but still good for the price. Clean with a bay view over rooftops. Air con, no tv but pretty good internet. Each " treehouse " has two levels, so if you neighbors are nosey, you will hear everything. Owners nice. I had a pleasent stay.

So many good feedbacks about this place. The place itself is really nice, there's a nice pool, and some vegetation in the garden. Love it. The rooms were over my expectations, with a large and comfortable bed, a nice bathroom and a lot of space. The WiFi was very speed compared to other places in Bali. The view is amazing. Each room has a rooftop onto which you can see the sea, and there's also a nice place with tables and chairs on a rooftop where you can eat your own food. It's a good location and a very good place to stay. The host, Doddy, and his wife, were very hosting and caring. They provided fresh waters, soap, body lotion, happiness, advice and a lot more. I've been to Bali 6 times and I think this was one of my favourite places to stay. I highly recommend it!

Guest house has a rustic feel to it. Good value for money. Needs a few upgrades. Like more light in rooms and place for hanger in bathroom . Owner very nice people. Nice pool. No food or bar although coffee and tea and bottle of water available in room. Comfortable and clean beds. Over all i found it peasant

This is an unique setting close to the Bali airport on you way to Nusa Dua.. As the name says it is layers of high hillside bungalows with fantastic view. For me too many varieties of tiles some painful under bare feet, pool all one level which is deep, hard for non average person to stand in, although only two years-old, it certainly looks older, in need of some touch ups.
