This place was just beautiful. Lovely large rooms, amazing garden and pool area right outside our door. It was so quiet and peaceful here and was perfect for our very relaxed holiday plans. The staff are absolutely wonderful and made us feel so welcome. Some amazing restaurants within walking distance. Our stay was simply perfect, we had an amazing time. Highly recommend 👌

Well it was our first time to Bali, and what can I say... what an amazing place... the hotel for us is perfect! We arrived late on my birthday evening to a beautiful room... where my fiancé had organised flowers and a small cake! The staff can not do enough for you! Breakfast is of good quality too! Roomy ( excuse if spelt wrong) was amazing and full of great tips and advise! Rooms are spacious and to be able to step out of your room and straight to the pool was perfect for us... close to amenities yet lovely and quiet at night! Thank you we leave on Wednesday and we can’t not wait to return again! Highly recommend!

Very nice and relaxing for a 12 room B&B. It does have its quirks like my shower head spurts water everywhere on the outside, so taking a shower has been a chore. They did replace the shower head, but it to did the same. My room had the morning sun from 6am and as the blunds are very thin, you are wide awake. I only have 1 lamp which only lights the tip of the corner of the bed and the bathroim light above the mirror is hanging off the wall and not working. Restuarant, well, patio, is very basic limited food. Also, its not open every night, so make sure you check in the morning as your not told. The main chain resorts are 5 minute walk down the road, which you can eat & use their facilities, including their beach as Palm Garden does not have beach access apart from the free shuttle, all day. They do charge anywhere from 250k to 450k rupee ($25 - 45aud), but it is worth it. Shuttle bus is, a van with seats removed and small benches 10cm wide placed in for seating, no windows, old. I prefer to catch a blue taxi wherever possible. Staff is very helpful, polite and english speaking, most of the week. Come Wednesday to Saturday there must be a staff change as they have very very limited english and you need to wait until the morning to speak to the Manager to have your queries answered. I would stay again but only for 2 nights max.

I was staying next door (which was also nice) but walking past daily I decided to move to this fabulous destination. Including breakfast the service was better than excellent. Plenty of good restaurants in short stroll. Off the main road so absolutely no traffic noise. Could not fault!

For the price I can't complain. If your looking for a more upscale resort destination, look elsewhere. But I did enjoy my stay here. The people are very friendly. The breakfast is good and included. AC worked. Hot water kept fluctuating between hot and cold during showers though. Nice atmosphere and landscaping. Also, there is no safe in the room, but didn't have any issues. If your looking for a budget room like I was, this is a good place!

Down a lane from the main drag and close to lots of restaurants with a 10 minute walk to the beach. Good location, clean and tidy and staff very helpful. Breakfast is ok and is old style bali accommodation. Would stay here again

Mr. Romy, the "Butler" is very helpful, spoke good English, told us the best way to places that we can walk or take taxi. They don't serve lunch & recommended us to walk across the main road to Warung Nyoman, a true Balinese Restaurant. It became our lunch & dinner fav eatery. Staff is very hardworking even though they do so many jobs (housekeeping, cooking, porter, waiters etc.) The breakfast is good especially the chicken porridge & mie goreng. On our last day when we check-out, we meet Mr. Eka, "the No.1" is so friendly & humorous. So is the driver, "the No.2".

Had an amazing stay at Palm Garden Hotel in Nusa Dua. All the hotel rooms look onto the hotel's peaceful swimming pool and palm trees, which is ideal to wake up to in the morning. The food at the hotel was excellent, especially the Nasi Goreng. Coffee was also great. The bed was very large and super comfy, TV was great, fridge in the room, ensuite and the air con worked excellently. What more could you want? Oh, and the staff are amazing! The staff made our experience in Bali so memorable. A staff member was always available at any time of the day to help you out and were knowledgable on good tours to do and could book them for you. The staff were super friendly and always pleased to chat with you and make your stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Bali and I will be coming back for a visit soon!

We spent here a week and definitely would come back. Quiet place not far from centre, very nice and helpful staff. Swimming pool next to the room, great price for the dinner, or lunch at the place. WiFi, TV, air-condition and fridge available. Just be aware, that some small lizzard can come to your room, also you can sometimes see some cockroach in the room. Shuttle bus going every day at 10:30 to the beach, which is amazing. Clean, nice water, usually with big waves. Great for surfing. Shuttle bus goes back from the beach at 4 pm. Every day besides Saturday. Shopping mall Bali Collection 4km from hotel, on the way to the beach. From my point of view nothing to see there, but someone who likes gift shops can be ok. Enjoy!
