Overall loved our stay at the Novotel Nusa Dua. Positives - Large and clean rooms. Semi traditional Balinese with lots of timber. - Beautiful expansive grounds and large pool - Was very quiet when we were there. No rushing to reserve a pool chair! - Decent kids club with hourly activities - Great private beach! We didnt check it out until the last day. Wish we went there earlier. - Our 1 kids stayed free as no extra bedding was needed. He slept on the day bed. - Restaurants, money changers and massages places are all very close - Restaurant food was good. - 2 for 1 cocktails at happy hour - our son LOVED the pool and also spent time in the kids club. This is a family resort so plenty of other kids to play with. Negatives - Breakfast selection was just ok . Bacon was soggy. Coffee machine broke down a fair bit. Overall not bad but not great. If its not included you may want to consider eating out for breakfast. - Pool restaurant staff were poorly trained. They never came to check if we wanted anything or give us a menu at the pool chairs - they are missing our on a lot of sales & tips! They would stand in a group at the restaurant counter doing nothing mostly. A very different level of service compared to the Movenpick in Bali where we stayed last. Overall though we loved our stay and would come back.…

We all had a great family holiday and a big part of it was staying at the Novotel Bali Nusa Dua. We had some wonderful spa treatments. All of the staff were amazing, each and every one we dealt with were so truly friendly and accommodating. I was treated very special on my big Birthday. We stayed there last weekend in a Deluxe King Pool View. The room is spectacular. It's a huge room and large bed with a bath tub which is a mandatory for my kids since they love spending time in bath tub. The room has its own balcony overlooking to the swimming pool. Very nice view in the morning and evening and I love spending time there sitting and reading, but not in the afternoon because the weather is too hot. Our room is very close to the pool (tower 2) gave easier access for my kids who really loves spending time there. The breakfast is marvelous with variety of delicious food. We also tried the room service menu, nasi goreng and it is soo tasty. Well recommended. Overall, our staycation was sooo wonderful. As an Accor Vacation Club Member I highly recommend staying here.. The grounds are beautiful and maintained very well. All staff are so friendly and even when busy they take the time for a chat. Renovating has started on some of the rooms but this doesn't impact your relaxing holiday. Stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, although a little dated it was great. Full sized fridge, washing machine and well equiped kitchen. Large lounge/dinning area. Both bedrooms huge and bathrooms big, main had a Stone bath. Large balcony with outdoor table and sun lounges. Lots of little places to eat out back of hotel but honestly the food in the hotel restaurant is amazing. Buffet breakfast is massive with something for everyone even the kids will love the treats. 2 pool areas with heaps of lounges and chairs. Beach club is great, all staff very helpful and friendly..…

My husband and I decided to visit Bali for the first time to celebrate my 60th birthday, arriving a day prior. To say the Novotel Nusa Dua made my day special, is an understatement!! The client services team Lorensi, Fortuna, Indah and Sales Manager, Olin went out of their way to ensure I had the most perfect and memorable birthday. I had a personal visit from the team at our apartment and was presented with a welcome platter of goodies. The day of my birthday was full of smiles and began at the Novotel private beach where I lolled on a comfortable lounge, overlooking the beautiful Indian Ocean. It was soon time to retreat to the Balance Spa where we enjoyed a His/Hers 2.5 hour treatment. The foot wash, traditional massage, body scrub and facial were professional, relaxing and rejuvenating and it goes without saying, the staff were excellent at their trade. Eventually, after a couple of two for one drinks at the bar (happy hour, 5-7) we were driven down to the beach for a private Romantic Dinner. Met by Praja, the Beach Club manager, I was in awe of the beautiful sight before me! A table adorned in lights and flowers, sitting in a ring of roses and lanterns. The few people still remaining at the beach very quickly disappeared as it was closed for our special occasion. Three waiters were at hand for our every need as we enjoyed the five courses consisting of succulent lobster, salmon, soup, dessert and sweet and coffee. At the end of the evening we were driven back to the hotel accompanied by a large bouquet of flowers. The next day the staff continued to remember my special occasion and sent to our apartment cake and a card to be enjoyed on the verandah. Further still, in liaison with my family in Australia that evening they organised a special table at the seafood bbq dinner on the beach. On behalf of my son and his wife they organised flowers and wine, which Praja presented me with as I was shown to our table right in front of the very talented live band. This Hotel is wonderful! Not because the facilities are what would be expected in a 5 star hotel but because of the genuine desire of the staff to ensure that clients have a fantastic time and leave with great memories.
