The check-in was smooth at the club lounge and the staffs were friendly and polite. Upon arriving at the first room (club room pool access) the sink was chocked and the toilet smells. Glad they allocated us to another room immediately. The second room was fine but I was startled to see an empty canned on the table when I stepped in. I requested for bath foam wanting to use the bath tub but to my surprise a five star hotel like Sofitel gave me a packet of bath salt and foam in a zip lock bag. We were actually shocked and surprised to see that! Honestly, I was disgusted by how they presented it. The club lounge breakfast and tea was good but the cocktail hour snacks has very limited selections other than cheese and ham. Not impressive at all. Room is big and comfortable but again on our last day of stay, the sink chocked again. Seems like Sofitel Bali has a sewage issue. Other than the hospitality and service, personally I don't think it lives up to its name. …

The hotel is decent but there is room for improvement for services. No introduction to the hotel when I checked in (ie no information on any complimentary services.). Breakfast spread was good but took more than a hour for our eggs. Nevertheless, we had a great experience at the recreation centre. Did archery and Artha (the staff in charge) was extremely nice and helpful.

Artha was my yoga instructor today he was so nice and yoga was really good. I did the yoga inside because of rainy day, although it was calm and the view was nice too. Yoga time with Artha was so good.

Wonderful 5 star Bali’s friendliest staff who are kind and helpful. We hired bicycles and Krisna was so helpful adjusting our seats and pumped up tyres.Highly reccomend the relaxing ride down the bay.

I visited Sofitel Nusa Dua in December 2023. It was a nice resort although a bit dated. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Seems that everybody in the hotel is trying to make sure that guests have pleasant stay. Room is spacious and luxurious but since it's dated, there are wear and tear here and there. TV system is still conventional, cannot receive cast from other device. There's a Bose audio system connected to the TV but not functioning (or at least I don't know how). No coffee machine in the room. Spa service is excellent. Breakfast buffet seems intriguing due to the massive layout of the food stations, even though the food selection is actually moderate for a 5 star resort. BBQ seafood dinner is excellent although quite pricey (I spent around USD90 for 2 people) Overall, it's a pleasant stay, however the value for money of staying at Sofitel is less compared to the neighbouring resorts.…

What an incredible stay for our family. We stayed in one of their pool access rooms and it became our favourite room in this hotel. Their arrival experiences were great, from the security at the main gate, doorman, their lobby person, lulu, and sariada. They entertained our kids while we were busy with our bags and stuff. Check in was smooth, handled by kesie. We walked to the room, and the hotel is very clean, well maintained, and smells good! When we opened our room, we realised they have a unique smell and we were surprised by their special gifts, thank you Citra and artana. One of the main reasons why we had to choose this hotel for our anniversary is their pool and breakfast also the kids club. Will coming back again to stay!!
