Amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Bali, we loved everything about it. The resort is absolutely gorgeous and huge. Stunning grounds, amazing pools, great waterslide and beautiful staff. The Grand Club Lounge is next level, nothing is too much trouble and everything was delicious. The Italian restaurant is also really good and both our rooms were very nice. Highly recommended for stay in Nusa Dua.

An exceptional, exclusive & beautifully-landscaped Resort. Ideal for both Couples & Families, because of its size and many seperate facilities. We booked the Club Access which included Breakfasts & Evening Aperitifs / Drinks, which essentially covered all meals. Main Restaurants are relatively expensive, but Casual Snacks & Bistro (Salsa Verde) represent good value for the exclusive location. The Grand Hyatt is a curated experience. allowing you to escape the crowds and provides great safety & peace-of-mind in its secluded Nusa Dua Location. The Beach in front of the Hotel is world-class, and again exclusive, with many lounge-chairs and handy serving staff for drinks or snacks. Nearby Blow Hole and other attractions (Bali Collection shopping) again insulate you from the full-on crowds & nuisance hawkers. (Some designated hawkers allowed in the Hyatt area, but they are not too much of a problem) Hotel rooms (Club Ocean View; 4th Floor is highly recommended) are excellent, although the bathroom/toilet was less than perfect in lay-out, and there was a slight odour throughout, but not terrible, esp. when door closed. Overall Hyatt Club Access is the way to go. Hotel services are all very good, e.g. Car to & from the Airport at ~US$25 is excellent value and provides a safe, easy, bespoke experience. Had a very enjoyable 14-night stay, and the ideal break as we only wanted isolation, great food/amenities and total relaxation. 10-out-of-10 …

I have had the opportunity to stay here approx. 10+ years ago. This time when I stayed, I feel a certain nostalgia. The service and Lobby was as I expected, top notch. Rooms were spacious and comfortable but I have to admit that the style is a bit too outdated for my taste. Other than that, great job Grand Hyatt, I feel right at home stepping into the lobby and beyond. Recommended leisure stay with family and friends.

My adult daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing week at the Grand Hyatt. I'm the first to admit I'm very fussy with accommodation, but the Hyatt hit the mark for us. I changed my booking to the Hyatt after reading about 'tired rooms' at other venues. The Hyatt is well kept, and has a classic Bali elegance about it. We upgraded to an ocean-view, enjoying a panoramic view over a beautiful pond to the ocean. The pool is fabulous with a huge array of options for sunbed locations and enough space to relax in quiet areas. We ate at each restaurant for breakfast and either lunch or dinner and rate them all very highly. The spa was lux. We ventured out to both Ubud and Kuta but found Nusa Dua also - provides so many options outside the resort - Bali Collections is great shopping and the neighbouring resorts and local eateries - accessible by bike or walking, add to the variety. We stayed for one week at the Grand Hyatt in November. The staff were all amazing but the hotel itself needs a freshen up as is a little dated. After staying at other 5 star resorts in Bali, we felt this one did not measure up to some of the others.

King rooms are exhausted, breakfast terrible for a 5 start hotel standard. Not enough varieties. Roof top bar closes at 10pm. It is a joke. Services all around the facilities were terrible. I only liked the location and the garden.

This was the perfect place to stay with our almost 2 year old. Beautiful buildings and grounds/gardens, truly excellent food options and a wonderful pool for anyone but especially young kids - so magical to wind through the river-style sections underneath the old frangipani trees, and the slide is so much fun. This is an older resort - I think the oldest in Nusa Dua - but this adds to the charm and means the gardens are so well established. Try to be there on a Saturday night for the Balinese buffet at Pasar Sengol restaurant. This was a highlight with incredible food and Balinese dancers/show.

The Grand Hyatt in Nusa Dua is an enclave for those with the means to live a quality resort experience. Great pools, excellent breakfast service, just across from the beach and minutes from shops and a brilliant art gallery, the Museum Pacifika. Nusa Dua is a purpose designed bubble that is not reflective of other parts of Bali, but spend a day in Denpassar and I guarantee you will be dreaming of getting back to the Hyatt and the comforts therein. Restaurants were average to poor, except for Japanese restaurant Nampu, which is excellent.

We planned the trip and occasion was for our kids birthday.The was booked via booking.com and took bed and bfst.Hotel checkin was easy as it was at night.Huge property with pool and access to beach.Appreciate staff (Mr Harry, Mr.Ari,Mr.Eda).we had a bouquet of flowers,greeting card and a small cake from hotel which was such a lovely gesture. Multicusine restaurant,japanese and Italian restaurant.poolside and roof top bar. Clean and maintained rooms and house keeping.Staff by poolside very attentive,including staff at the East Wing restaurant plus @ medical centre. But hotel accepts local currency/ international cards and not the foreign currency. Thank you..!!
