Pleasant check in, housekeeping worked very hard in cleaning our rooms daily and met our expectations. Helpful, kind and wonderful staff for Rooms Division. Pool Staff were also great. As for F&B, only had one unpleasant incident with a server. Other than which the rest are all very attentive. Love the Bonvoy app as a source of communication during stay between Guests - Hotel however A day before check out , when I left a note for the room to be cleaned - the DND light was accidentally turned on. So when we came back in the evening the room was not made up. Hopefully housekeeping can use the app to msg guests to confirm if no one picked up the phone in room as we may be out whole day and only come back in evening. Love the bathroom, toiletries, water, beddings! Will definitely come back…

Brilliant service and what beautiful views. Brilliant people - our waiter at the pool , Joni was an absolute star . He was very helpful with good service and great tips He was extremely knowledgeable, well versed with great ideas for tourist and local places to visit.

Property needs refurbishments, looks old and also has ants.. could see ants also around the food items in breakfast and afternoon tea. The kids club is excellent and with a good list of activities to keep the kids occupied. Swimming pool quite small, fnb options quite limited and even the bar dosnt have much to offer. Overall hospitality levels are below bar.

Absolutely amazing place. All Staff are very friendly. Prisca Prabha very efficient. Edi in the Islam bar. Very friendly Aditya in Ikan bar. Very good. Girdali very friendly and good. Lland in breakfast very hard working Ratana is very good Juan very friendly All staff are very good.

Amazing hospitality and location is nice. We enjoyed a lot and also service from adi waiswa at bar near swimming pool was awesome. Also we enjoyed drinks at beach. Service from Akash was good. We really recommend this resort.

Exceeded all expectations! We joined my partner for a business conference at the venue but agree we would return for leisure next time. Every staff member was welcoming & helpful. No one seemed bothered by our energetic toddler & everyone went out of their way to keep him smiling. The facilities were immaculate & the food & beverage options were endless, also catering to our toddlers intolerances. Special mention to Wira, Fasha, Subakti & Eka for catering to our every need by the pool, you truly went above & beyond. The personalized service made us feel right at home.

Very good service and the food was really perfect. We got served by Zaim very enthousiastically! He served the best Vega Rendang wrap I ever had in my life. The view on the beach is also very good, especially with a bottle of cool beer and ice cubes.

Very nice hotel,very picturesque and very scenic. The GM Sanders is a very joyful and omnipresent guy from Netherlands and the chef Dane is a great culinary genius. Loved the strawberry sorbet which is a smart move in the hot weather by the pool and the bakery pastry items were great. Eka by the pool is very welcoming behind the sorbet cart.
