The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali enjoys acclaim for its pristine beachfront locale and tranquil atmosphere, complemented by lush tropical gardens and cultural performances that guests find serene and elegant. While opinions on the rooms vary, with some finding them impeccably clean and others outdated, the resort's cleanliness and eco-friendly practices receive universal praise. Noise can be an issue for some due to ongoing construction and events. The resort's extensive amenities, including family-friendly activities and a luxurious spa, along with the attentive service, contribute to its reputation for providing a relaxing and enjoyable stay, although views on value for money are mixed.

I stayed in Westin Nusa Dua for almost 2 months due to COVID-19 pandemic situation. I can share few highlights. Hotel was almost empty but I felt no decrease in service what so ever. I received various upgrades during my stay. Room was cleaned twice a day, breakfast was al a carte instead of shared buffet, I highly appreciate the effort of regularly changing menu for long stay guests. The best thing about location it self is beach access since the other beaches were closed during pandemic, so I got to spend most of my days in very clean and safe beach surroundings. The staff was extremely helpful and caring. Special thanks to Oreol and Saras who dealt with any of my situations. They could no have been more helpful. Almost felt like leaving a family!

We had a chance to take a short break for 2 nights from our daily routine, and booked ourselves at the Family Suite.
Everything was smooth and assuring, the hotel provided the health protocol during this pandemic, sanitized our room including the tv remotes, handle bars, etc.
The family activities were the highlight of our stay. We enjoyed the provided bikes, huge pool and beach day beds. Our kids love them, and refused to return to our room until it was completely dark outside.

Ibu Ayutu Parashita the Duty Manager was very helpful with the booking process, and giving us value for money room upgrade.
Ibu Aspiah at breakfast was also very attentive, and gave our son pleasant birthday surprise.

It was a delightful and memorable staycation for our family, and can't wait to return and support this hotel again for their hospitality.

This is my first vacation after pandemic ..

I choose Westin Hotel Nusa Dua Bali because i am a member of Marriott Bonvoy and i want to choose hotel with high standard of sanitazion , when i enter the lobby they provide a washtafel for every guest to have a hand wash before enter the hotel and body temp check after that and they check and clean every room right before we enter the room .

This is the best part of my trip , i have booked for 2nights and i choose Premium Room with larger room for my family (pic attached) . When i reach the front desk they receiptionist greed me and because i am a Plat***m member of Marriott Bonvoy they have already upgrade my room to Westin Suite with 1 Bedroom Suite + Living room (for me its already satisfying), then out of sudden Room Divison Manager Mr.Wayan Artana greed me and seeing my situation that i have extra family member come with me then he do an commplimentary upgrade for me to accomodate my needs of more space , he moved me to Family Suite with 2 Bedrooms Suite and a living room (pic attached) . Its fantastic !!! 👍🏻

Westin Hotel and Room Division Manager have already assist me very well and good on my vacation journey this time ..

Stay Healthy for everybody and lets pray we passed this pandemic very soon ...

Checked in for 7 nights with 2 adjoining rooms.
The check in process was lengthy and 1 of the rooms was not ready (3pm) and told just go to the available room and they'd let us know when the other was available.
Rooms are old and tired and are more like a 3.5 star. They advertise rooms with a balcony but it is so small you can only stand out there maximum 2 people and no room for a chair, maybe 1.5m square.
The rooms air conditioning was not the best.
The breakfast was great and offered a large range of foods from many cultures, truly the best part of the hotel.
The Italian restaurant is nice but basic and over priced for what it is.
We had the seafood buffet by the pool one night and this was appalling. The small amount of seafood they had on offer was minimal (tasteless fresh prawns, mussels and seafood salads) cooked prawn skewers which were nice, small pieces of grilled fish and some tough squid. Also on the menu was sweaty cheese, soggy breads and pastries for desert. The best thing on the menu for the $55AUD price was the 5 flavours of ice cream. This is an appalling and expensive dining option one I would suggest staying away from.
The Ikan restaurant is in a beautiful location overlooking the beach and serves nice but overpriced local dishes. I'd suggest eating out at the Bali collection where you get significantly more options, a far better meal and a more realistic price.
The bars in this hotel have no appeal and and not at all engaging.
The pool bar was pointless as the childrens' waterslide comes out virtually at the bar so a nice afternoon drink in the pool is not possible with children sliding and splashing within 1.5m of where you sit in the pool.
The staff moved us into a larger family room which was very kind of them but this only provided us with slightly larger bedrooms and a triangular shaped "family room" that had a small table, fixed bench set and 2 children bean bags kinda strange.
This hotel unfortunately did not suit my family (4 adults, parents 20 y/o &17 y/o) which is somewhat active. We checked out 2 days early to another Marriott hotel with a more vibrant atmosphere.
Prior to this stay we were at the Courtyard by Marriott at Seminyak for 5 nights where I could not fault the facility or it staff. They outshine the Westin hands down.

Location of the Westin is very nice, beautiful gardens right on the beach and it pleasant to be able to stroll up & down the beach. Water sports are also located within a .5km walk along the beach.

If you're after a holiday doing nothing but laying by the pool and eating overpriced resort food then this would suit you.

We are returning guests to the Westin Nusa Dua and were even more happy with our accommodation this time around. When we arrived on Xmas the hotel was packed to capacity and they did not have our room available. However they more than made up for this oversight by checking my family of five into the Presidential suite for one night and by offering two of us complimentary massages at their Heavenly Spa. Thank you to Indah at the front desk for her very efficient managing of the situation.

The next day we were allocated our two bedroom residence suite which was stunning. It more than met our expectations as it was very spacious for my husband, myself and three teenage boys with two en suite bedrooms and an open plan kitchenette, lounge & dining room separating the two bedrooms. The suite has all modern amenities including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave & fridge. Every day our suite was cleaned twice and replenished with loads of complimentary water and sometimes the occasional complimentary fruit/snack.

The Westin breakfasts are varied and delicious and really caters to every taste. They were at full capacity and the staff seemed overstretched but always provided service with a smile. We spent most of our time on the day beds on the beautiful beach which was very relaxing. We also used the pool near the Prego restaurant as our suite was on that end.

Lastly I would highly recommend a traditional Bali massage at the Heavenly Spa. The facilities at the Spa are fantastic and the therapists are all amazing. I had Mira & Suarini who were both excellent!

Despite being really full the service at the Westin remained excellent throughout our stay and we’d like to thank them all for a wonderful stay.

Not sure where to start as everything was awesome!!! The staff at the front welcome you with big and genuine smile! Once you entered the lobby that white tea scent welcoming you and feels like a warm hug. Just calming! 🤗. Staff at the reception are so friendly and efficient at the same time. Room was so clean and you can tell their standard with the new normal are up there. Everything was clean and perfect! When you check in they provide sanitation kit in the room which includes mask, hand sanitizer and anti-bacteria wipes. What a thoughtful welcome kit. Ok! Enough with the room as we want to highlight the breakfast. It’s super! So delicious and they
really generous with the menu option and portion 😂. Super full after breakfast with super happy tummy 😁. this breakfast alone make it so worth it with the special price that they offer. Breakfast served at Ikan Restaurant on the beach front! All staff are so nice and checking you out regularly if you are all good and need anything else 🤗. And don’t forget to visit their spa, Heavenly Spa by Westin is a must try! Beautiful set up and their thermal facilities is one of the best we ever try! We have booked more room nights for next visit as we can’t wait to come back! Well done Westin Nusa Dua 😍

We stayed in Westin for 4 nights in last week of March to attend wedding nearby. We had a great time and delighted experience staying in Westin Nusa Dua.
During check in we were assisted by Ms Indah and resolved our doubts and concerns, the kids enjoyed their welcome pinaple ice cream and very excited with free flow bottled juices.
The rooms are very spacious, tidy and clean. The TV was equipped with simple input hdmis and usbs on wall which enable remote schooling and working conducted easily for us.
The best part for us was the private beach with white sands and we were assisted and supported by all the Westin staffs. The kids spent hours playing with the sand and waves. Housekeeping were very responsive and I rally appreciate the proactiveness and hospitality.

Consider we stayed during Covid 19 Pandemic situation, we really took time before we selected Westin Nusa Dua as our "home" in Bali and we made the right decision!! Everything was sanitized and health/safety protocol were kept and adhered seriously even within dining premises.

We enjoyed delicious breakfast at Seasonal Taste and cold beer at Ikan restaurant. It was really relaxing and refreshing after 1 year locked down at home 😊

The only feedback I would suggest is the parking lot location, it was a bit too far from the lobby, and I was not so keen on using the valet service in this timing. If somehow the parking can be arranged close to the lobby or accessible without Valet, it would really be perfect venue for rest for the whole family.

Big Thank you once again to Ms Indah (I didn't get the full name but she was on duty manager) who helped us on checking in and settling down and also Mrs Ayutu Parashita who made our stay enjoyable and memorable (particularly for the kids).

I hope family with young kids who kiss the beach like we did can cleared the doubts and trust Westin as one of the options for the weekend getaway like we did.

We will come back again for sure!!

I would recommend this hotel to families with kids. My three kids (9 y.o., 7 y.o. and 4 y.o.) enjoyed visiting the Kids club there. There are great facilities for kids with good activities options. Staffs are professional and friendly.
We were very impressed by great effort the staff prepared and cooked for White Christmas dinner, 7th of January. Plenty tasty food and very impressive deserts were offered.
The beach near the hotel is good and clean. Swimming pool has a water slide.
Plenty of options to dine: Japanese, Italian, Indonesian and International cousins. We loved Eat Well healthy food options available. The kids menu is tasty and healthy.
Family suit is quite a good size with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The Hotel is a bit tired and would need some future maintenance and renovation but the staffs are doing a great job keeping it clean, green and tidy.
The hotel must consider washing machines and dryers in the Family rooms for better convenience. It is not quite comfortable to order and pay for loads of laundry when you travel with the kids.
Overall our 10 days stay was very enjoyable. Kind regards.

We stayed in the Family Suite and we are family of 5. The room is basically an interconnected room, that has a common foyer area that divides the two bedrooms. The set up actually works really well, it gives you two bathrooms and plenty of space. This worked well for us as our children are aged 10, 16 and 17.

The hotel is lovely, the people are friendly, the rooms are clean, the gardens are beautiful and the service was fast and efficient.

Nusa Dua is far quieter than Kuta or Legian, it’s similar to the Denarau Island set up in Fiji. There are a large number of hotels bunched together, one by one, down a beautiful stretch of reef fringed beach.
It is very sanitised compared to Legian or Kuta, where, once you leave the resort or hotel in Legian, you are immersed in the hustle and bustle. If you walk out of the Nusa Dua hotel stretch, there is not really much.

If you’re after a laid back, quiet holiday, away from the hassling of Kuta, then Nusa Dua is for you and I would highly recommend the Westin.
The Westin is beautiful and located in the middle of a run of hotels, you can walk the beach front footpath and choose a different restaurant or bar to get a cool drink from each afternoon, or just explore the scenery.
We had a great holiday.

What a delightful resort! After navigating the secure entrance to the Nusa Dua area, from the gracious and opulent entrance, through the majestic, sculptured lobby and along every path and corridor, one cannot ignore the beauty of the gardens in all their glory at the Westin!

Beautiful personnel, always a smile and a ‘Good Morning’ to greet you with and nothing is too much to ask for assistance.

Endless food options for the buffet breakfast and the many places to eat produce tasty meals and great drinks. Our hostess Aspiah was one of several experienced personnel looking after our every need.

Lounge around one of three pool areas including a salt-pool, deck chairs and day beds scattered amongst landscaped gardens. Along the breakfast venue is a study in nature with a long pond that has evolved supporting numerous bird, fish and reptilian life, watched over by frisky Asian Squirrels.
Wander down to the beach frontage, with safe swimming due to a carefully placed breakwater and clear water.

Rooms are lovely, comfortable, spacious with balconies overlooking manicured gardens and paths to adjoining properties. There is a calmness about this place.

And should the need arise to host an event, the Bali International Conference Centre is magnificent.
Nearby passed the fishermen, are numerous other beach side restaurants and bars and a bit further along the beach is Bali Connection with shops set amongst gardens and many more food options.

We have been coming to Bali for twenty-six years and this is as good as it gets.

Hi, just to let you know, this hotel is nice, its a little bit old but it's a memorable experience. I recommend you to come here. The pool is pretty clean and in my experience, I didn't witness any broken furniture. Only the shower door silicone strip is sometimes broken. Overall, stay here, it's also close to the Bali collection.
