Friendly and attentive staff in an attractive resort. Nice kids club and great babysitting service. Themed buffets tasty with generally interesting entertainment. Just watch out for the electric safety - bali is a developing region!!

The hotel is located at the nicest area for hotels in the island. The gardens and common areas are very well maintained, however the air conditioning anywhere in the hotel is poor. The breakfast feels like being in a bazar with tons of people and very hot, very disorganized and exactly the same food every day. The a/c in the...

Just returned from our first family holiday in Bali. We had a brilliant time at the Melia. It's a great hotel. The pool area was excellent, warm water, not too deep for the kids, shade, bridges, pool entertainment - what more could you want? Food for breakfast was great. The staff, were I have to say excellent, friendly, helpful and...

This was my second visit to the beautiful Melia. Honestly, it really had the most beautiful gardens in the whole of Bali, unbeatable! Gorgeous pool and the new pool access rooms are a great additional. As per other reviews, checkin was disappointing. I'd prefer to sit down and enjoy my welcome drink (that I had to request)! I found the...

Just returned from a weeks stay here. Excellent location in Nusa Dua right on the beach. Accomodation for families is very good with 'family suites' having an upstairs parents loft. Overall everything was very good. A few small issues such as on arrival we had booked for 3 children's beds and there were only 2. It wasn't until late that...

The hotel was nice overall. Very clean and green. Food was OK. Just one thing to comment was the beach, not as what I expected. I have seen better beaches than that in Nusa Dua. Really Hard to get around since you need to get the taxi at premium charges.
