Honestly appalling. Every single thing about the resort was horrible, the only saving grace is the view. First impression: the lady who checked us in seemed really inexperienced/undertrained. we had booked a room with executive lounge access, and she didn’t mentioned anything about it. Until we asked, which turned out the lounge was closed and we were only given 2 drinks voucher for the evening. Very disappointing, as if compared to ANY other hotel/resorts, an executive lounge will have full access all day for non-alcoholic drinks, and some food in certain time of day. When we asked if any food will be served along with the drinks, she said no and only drinks are offered. She did slip that they were “cutting down” which I assumed due to the pandemic therefore I let it go. When we went to the designated restaurant for the drinks (we went around 8PM), they told us the “complimentary” drinks are only at 5-7 PM which we had no clue about. The waiter then reluctantly served us when I expressed that we were informed wrong. However, the service was unlike any other. He acted as if we had begged them for free food, and not that we are guests with executive lounge privileges. When I told him we wanted to order some snacks (from the main menu, which I was going to pay for), he told us canapes time are over for the (again) complimentary food. Not only we didn’t know there was apparently canapes that comes with the drinks, the way we were treated the whole time we were there was as if we were on some highly discounted voucher and basically eating for free (which if we were, it was still inappropriate for a 5 star resort). Another ridiculous thing was when I had asked for spoon to the room, and we were told we would be charged Rp25,000. For spoon. I can go on and on about every single little thing that had gone wrong, but I will stop here. My advice: if you had come for the view, there are tens of other resorts with similar and even identical view as this property. Don’t even bother having any sort of expectations if you did decide to stay here, because they for sure will disappoint you.

Beautiful view, good location, very friendly and responsive staffs. A bit far to walk from parking lot to the lobby. However it is very recommended to stay here of you want to have a good and quality time with your family.

Its very out of keeping for me to write a review that is less than glowing. After contacting their management and getting such a poor response, I felt the need to sadly. Let me start out with the positives: The 1 bedroom executive suites are fantastic - so well appointed, huge decks, amazing views - superb. The pool with the slides for the kids are fantastic The downside: Check in takes on average 1 hour every time we stayed which was 3 times over this past year. The food is terrible. The beach (unlike other hotels in Nusa Dua) isn't safe for swimming, is very steep and you can't do any Watersports or activities like cycling along the beach like other hotels which is a big disadvantage. Perhaps the biggest issue however is the staff training. During the pandemic, we booked the 1 bedroom suite, we double checked when we paid that it would be available and was told the tower wing was open so we paid and organized for a large group of us to stay. The day prior we were contacted and told it wasn't open and we would instead get a villa behind the car park. Not the Seaview we were hoping for but due to how late in the piece we were told, we accepted. When we arrived, we saw it was miles away from the beach, especially with 2 x toddlers in tow. The villa was large however hadn't been used what looked like for a year. Moss growing in the pool, the pool was completely green and unusable, no electricity in one of the bedrooms and no-one answering the phones. No crockery or cutlery - I could go on. We also learnt that the tower hadn't been open for months (Where we booked and were told when we paid that it was ). I felt duped, In their defence they gave us some free meal vouchers however as its not known for their food, we ended up only using a few of these. Its rare that I've been on holiday and not enjoyed it. This was one of those times. I gave them the opportunity to explain things from emailing the GM. All I got was a token response saying they would try better next time and not answering the fundamental questions of: 1. Why we were told the tower wing was open when it wasn't. 2. Why they put us in a villa that hadn't been maintained and the pool was unusable. To get to the beach took over 15 minutes which is a lot with toddlers and lots of beach gear. Based upon the response I got, we wouldn't choose to spend our money here again. We stayed at the Westin on our next holiday and it was night and day compared to the Hilton and was an exceptional stay. I hope the Hilton can pull up its socks and fix these fundamental problems if its wishes to compete in Nusa Dua.

Im here for my honeymoon, so my expectation is a bit higher than the usual. The property is beautiful and clean. However there is no valet service to help with the parking. Little thing such as ice cube is charged. Payment at the restaurant has to be in front, so I don’t feel like it’s the usual resort’s service.
