Room was perfectly clean, and amenities were fine luxury. Staffs were helpful yet informative, couldn’t remember all of them but i would love to give some shoutout to Irvan, Riky, Yoga in front office to executed a great arrival experience. And thanks Agnes the GRO for a nice pre-arrival arrangement. Room was also bigger than what I expected. It has spacious balcony facing pool side and you can even see the ocean accross your room if you stay in the cliff tower.

Good Thanksgiving stay. Check in wasn't great. We were promised adjoining rooms, but somehow one was given away. The office seemed really confused on how it happened and how to correct it. Several hours passed. Finally, one room was upgraded but on a different floor. The rooms were great. Just note you can't drink the tap water. The breakfast buffet was great and extremely expansive. Multiple pools. Poolside dining was great. The closest offsite dining is about 10 minutes away. A key downside is beach access, which is very limited due to construction. Not the most restful when a huge ditch digger comes between you and the ocean. I did get a kick out of the nightly spider monkey invasion. Seeing them scale down the 10-story hotel was amazing. We had a lovely stay at the Hilton! The buffet breakfast was fabulous, so much choice and great quality, varied, healthy options, extensive sweets, juices, Asian, Indian, western sections. One of the best buffets we’ve had. We have a nut/sesame allergy child and there was no shortage of things for him to eat! Pools were fabulous, staff lovely and the family room had plenty of space for a family of 4 (6 and 9 year old children) husband is 6”4 and he had a very comfortable sleep on the king bed. Complementary mineral water, with an extra stock up in afternoon/evening. Great view from balcony, including a visit from monkeys! We also did some photos with Dream Studio and were very happy with the pictures taken, our photographer Ona was very professional (despite some grouchy family members) and we got some beautiful pictures! We had an enjoyable stay at the Hilton, where both kids and adults can enjoy their fantastic amenities. Our experience was impeccable, from a swift check-in to the warm and welcoming staff. A special shoutout to Atip, the housekeeper, who went above and beyond in cleaning and arranging our room – truly grateful for his dedication. We also took up the completary photography session offered by the hotel and boyyyyyy, the photos turned out great. Special thanks to our photographer, Theo from Dream Studio we ended up purchasing the additional photos. Loved tge quality and everything about it. Probably one of the best, if not the best hotel experience. Everything was great. While staying there, we decided to Engage their photographer “Theo” from dream studio bali (yes they provide photographers for youR stay) for a photography session at the hotel was worth it. My husband (Hilton Diamond for Life) and I visited the Hilton Bali from August 27 through September 6, and the Conrad Bali from September 6 through 14. We highly recommend both of these spectacular hotels. The review for the Conrad Bali has been posted separately. This was our second visit to the Hilton Bali in two years, and we are already anticipating our return visit. The Hilton Bali is set on beautifully manicured grounds abundant with colorful plumeria and bougainvillea, and countless other beautiful flowers, and part of the hotel is built against a cliff. During the day, it can be fascinating to watch the monkeys playing and stealing food that is left outside on balconies, and you may spot a gecko or two if you go for a walk at night to admire the grounds by moonlight. The food was very good, and we particularly enjoyed evenings drinks/snacks at the Villa Lounge. Special thanks for the excellent lounge service from Bagus in particular, as well as Nisa, Subrati, and Rio in housekeeping. Other noteworthy food included room service margarita pizza and cold Bintang beers and a dizzying array of every imaginable type of breakfast buffet at the main restaurant, Grain, including my favorite-- a coconut yogurt ice cream, for breakfast. We also enjoyed digging our toes in the sand while having a cold beer at the beach restaurant, Breeze. The Hilton makes a distinct effort to recognize my husband’s Hilton status, and are also just spectacularly kind while providing great service in general. We hope to return in 2024!…

Went to stay here for 2 nights with my 1 year old boy & husband. Upon check in the staffs helped us immediately with our belongings and took us to our room while explaining all about the hotel, they even apologize for the inconvenience occur due to maintenance at the hote beach. all of the staffs are great with helping as well as caring to our little boy especially Zahwa,Cellin & Adi and all other friendly staffs around the hotel. They took my boy to play Gamelan🫶🏻 such a nice experience. The room was huge, clean and my baby boy was so happy. the pool was clean, huge and had a waterslide for kids and adult! The foods are complete & tasty.. overall, thanks Hilton, can’t wait to be back!
