I'm thrilled to share my recent experience at this resort, which undoubtedly ranks among the finest Marriott properties I've visited. My family and I had an absolutely delightful stay, especially this is our first stay experience at Nusa Dua area. To our delight, your resort proved to be a hidden gem, surpassing our expectations with its stunning villa accommodations and abundance of amenities. Undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by your team. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. A special thanks for Mr. Sheva for his remarkable assistance and invaluable recommendations for sightseeing. His expertise as a concierge truly enhanced our stay and left a lasting impression. We're already eagerly anticipating our next visit and the opportunity to relive the unforgettable memories we've created at your resort.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding experience during our recent stay at your resort. The 1 Bedroom villa was truly remarkable; the spacious accommodations were equipped with every necessity, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. I must extend a special commendation to their staff, Mr. Satria Aldista from Marriott Vacation Club, for his exceptional service. His warm greeting upon check-in and his assistance with our belongings were greatly appreciated. Moreover, his insightful recommendations for nearby restaurant and sightseeing spots enriched our experience, showcasing his remarkable knowledge and dedication to guest satisfaction. Without a doubt, we are already planning our return visit. Thank you once again for an unforgettable stay.

Great place overall, luxurious vibes and at a private area. As per Marriott's reputation, the hotel did not disappoint and was a great stay. Special shoutout to the staff at the bar Atomic17, they made the experience an amazing one, super friendly and polite. They were all smiles and were very accommodating, this hotel's experience levelled up with their presence. Widiana, Yande and Hendri. If you're heading to the to this hotel, I'm sure you'll be happy to see them!

Just spent 6 days / 5 nights at Bali Nusa Dua Terrace. had a great time, our room was in one of the back buildings (3024) and it was a spacious, two room suite, bedroom and living room / kitchenette. Extremely comfortable and quite. Short walk to main building, pool, and spa. Great value, great service everywhere. (Pool, room, spa, restaurants.) Free shuttle to Bali collection was really nice. Housekeeping was quick when requested and front desk could arrange transportation and events quick and painless.

The hotel strategically hides many information. The mangers are arrogant. He was happily admitted all the problems and implied that he is not going to make any change( regardless of who you are). This is the worst experience I had in any marrriot hotels in the world.

This was our first stay at the Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Terrace, actually our first time in Indonesia and we had a great stay at this resort! We own at the Marriott Phuket Beach Club in Phuket Thailand and we were somewhat comparing the two resorts. Honestly, both resorts are really good with excellent amenities, facilities, and of course the staff. This review is on the "Terrace" resort as there is another, named Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Gardens. The Marriott Nusa Dua Terrace is inland, so not right on the beach. But the resort has shuttles that'll take you to the beach or shopping center and back, so check the schedules. This timeshare shares it's facilities/amenities with the Renaissance Hotel, similar to how the Marriott Phuket Beach Club shares facilities/amenities with the JW Marriott Phuket. Check in at the Nusa Dua Terrace was ok. They do provide the nice cool towels and a refreshing drink when you check in. Check in was completed by Srinadi at the front desk and she was friendly and professional. For timeshares check in is usually 4:00 (much later than traditional hotels) but our villa wasn't even ready until almost 5. I think that's the longest we've waited so that was kind of disappointing on the service. The Nusa Dua Terrace is a much newer property compared to the Phuket Beach Club. The villas reflect the newer design style and seems to be built with handicap access too, such as no curbs for the showers. The villas are spacious and nicely decorated. Daily maid service is provided for the villas. Each building's layout is the same and a three bedroom villa will include the end unit, which is a separate door/entrance. Photo of the building layout is attached. As far as villa design/layout, the Nusa Dua villa's living area doesn't have a separate dining table but instead has a kitchen island with stools to sit around. The villa has a full kitchen (full sized refrigerator, cooktop, cookware, cooking utensils/accessories, serve ware, dishwasher, microwave. Also appliances like rice cooker, coffee maker, hot water maker, toaster, blender are in the room. The clothes washer/dryer combo unit is also in the kitchen. Bottled water is also provided daily. The living area looks out towards the villa's balcony/deck space and there is some outdoor patio furniture. A nice touch is that they also have ceiling fans on the outdoor balcony deck which is useful to keep the mozzies away, although we didn't have any problems on this trip. There are also ceiling fans in the inside living room and both bedrooms too. The master bathroom has a very large shower but no bathtub, which some people probably prefer. We actually prefer having both the shower and a bathtub - Phuket villas master bath have a huge separate tub though! Since it was just the two of us on this trip and we had a two bedroom villa, we would use the second bedroom's bathroom if we wanted to use the tub. Both bathroom toilets are the washlet style bidets. Also the master bathroom sink is large, but it's just one large sink on the countertop. We prefer the two separate sinks and counters at Phuket. Each Nusa Dua villa has a private plunge pool on their balcony which is kind of nice. But the water does not seem to be heated, so it is a bit cold and because of the building's overhang, there isn't much sun to warm the water. The bedrooms were decorated nice and felt spacious. Slippers provided and white robes to use in your room. Master bedroom has a king bed and second bedroom has two queens or doubles. The living room sofa is a sofa bed, but we didn't use it so not sure how comfortable it is. The resort has several restaurants. We tried The Backstage restaurant for breakfast and they had an excellent and fairly extensive selection of the typical Western (bacon, eggs, pancakes, breads/pastries, yogurts, fruits, etc.) and also a very good selection of local specialties and some other international foods like Japanese, Korean, Indian. They make crepes at the pancake station but they're just plain crepes; I wanted to make mine a little fancier (sounds like a theme on this whole trip where I've been asking the restaurant staff!) and asked if they have any whipped cream. Oka, one of the waiters at the restaurant was so nice when I asked if they had any whipped cream and he brought me a small bowl! Really great and friendly service! Also breakfast price was more inexpensive here in Bali compared to Phuket. Like almost everywhere we've gone in SE Asia, the people are very kind and helpful. The staff here were very friendly and efficient too. While we were waiting in the lobby for our private driver to pick us up, we saw some of the hotel staff members walking around as they were discussing some type of event set up in the lobby. We met the Renaissance's Resort Manager, Alex Gares who was really nice and asked us if we were enjoying our stay and to let them know if we needed anything. Speaking of a private driver, we hired Wayan Merta who is an excellent (safe) driver and also speaks English and even some Japanese. He was very prompt in replying to my what's app messages and his driving rates were very fair. Contact info is Wayan Merta (Bali Driver) +62 812-3609-749 and we would highly recommend Wayan if you need an airport transfer or would prefer to not drive on the narrow, crowded Bali roads to Ubud or beyond! Our personal preference is not to rent a car and drive since we're not so adventurous or don't need the adreneline rush! We always hire a driver in Phuket (same driver for over 9 years and now, we have Wayan for Bali! The Marriott Nusa Dua Terraces timeshare building are located on the outer property edges of the Renaissance hotel's main buildings of hotel rooms, conference facilities, swimming pools, restaurants, spa and kid's club. Very similar layout as the Marriott Phuket Beach Club and the JW Marriott. Both the Bali and Phuket resort villas are great and we'd highly recommend both of them. As far as personal preferences we think that the Bali resorts villas are newer and a bit more modern. But we prefer the Phuket resort's master bathroom for it's separate bathtub and also having an actual work desk (husband has to sometimes do some work while on vacation) instead of using the kitchen island. And we also like to have our washer and dryer as separate machines instead of the Bali combo washer/dryer unit. Phuket originally had those combo washer/dryer units and they just took so much longer to do a load of laundry, so we were glad when they announced at an owner's meeting that they were upgrading all those combo units to separate washer and dryers! And Phuket Beach Club is right on the beach if you like a beachfront location. However, Nusa Dua has the shuttles that'll take you to the really nice Nusa Dua beach and shops. And Nusa Dua also has the private plunge pools for each villa. Maybe we have some bias since we own at Phuket. However this Marriott Nusa Dua Terraces is still a great place, just a little different and still so enjoyable! We really had a great time, the staff were so friendly and helpful. So we really like the Nusa Dua Terraces and are planning to return soon!

We booked the 1 bedroom family room. So spacious, well appointed, lovely. Has everything you need even a clothes washer, dishwasher, very clean and excellent air conditioning. Kids slept on sofa bed. Lovely large patio w dip pool, but that's a bit too cold. Main pool is plenty warm. I think having free kid friendly pool toys would make it more fun. We didn't use it but the kids club looks very active. There are daily activities , we only did the gamelan, which was nice. Restaurants were delicious, not too pricey. I do wish breakfast was included in the price, that's just expected in SE Asia. All personnel are friendly, lovely, but not very helpful w ideas off-site. The beach club is just fine, quiet, right next to Grand Hyatt so can't really get much better. The spa was terrible. I stopped my massage midway as she wasn't doing the service ordered. So expensive, we shouldn't be putting up trainers. Location a bit inconvenient compared to Marriott Gardens as you can't walk off site, but taxis are prevalent and everything is nearby. Bar and lobby is gorgeous, drinks weren't great, but nice atmosphere. Overall a comfortable quiet easy long weekend.
