Our stay at MVC Nusa Dua Gardens was very comfortable and exactly the break we needed! Highlights: Location is very good, near the beach and shopping centre, Bali collection. There are shuttle services running through the day to get to both. Also walking distance to nearby supermarket, gift shops, good restaurants etc. Check-in: We arrived late in the night and were warmly greeted by the staff, who ensured a smooth check-in. The entire process was done within ten minutes, and we felt very welcomed. Room: We took a guest bedroom with access to the pool and found it very convenient during our stay to just get to the pool or the restaurant. The room was just about the right size for a couple, with a very comfortable bed. Quite often we find the bed either too springy / bouncy, but this was just right. There was also a small kitchenette equipped with all the basics - a hob, cutlery, plates, etc. It also had a microwave oven. The washroom came with a bathtub, and very thoughtful to keep a stool near the bathtub to help with mobility. Amenities like dental kit, etc are available upon request, as part of sustainability measures. The rooms are pristine, and hygienic. A special shout-out to our dedicated and hardworking housekeeping staff - Gita and Janu for always ensuring we’re back to well-made, clean and organised rooms. That is such a treat especially when you’re out the whole day and want to just come back to a well made bed. The room was also prepped with balloons, birthday decor and a sweet treat for me when we checked in, so that was a nice gesture. Dining/ Restaurants: Breakfast is at Momo Cafe near the pool, and it does get quite busy early on, so keep some adequate time at hand for that. We found some queues during our stay at breakfast hours, but the restaurant staff was managing it so well and with a smile on their faces. No flustered looks even with the crowds. We would be tended to soon and always so warmly, that’s a huge plus for us. Especially in the morning that’s a pick-me-up If you’re greeted so warmly. Breakfast spread was good - local fare and western staples - egg counter, bakery, pancakes / waffles, fruit station, cheeses and yogurts, tea/coffee station, etc. The fruits are so fresh. Everything was fresh! Service was prompt even at busy times. Dapur Santai: We had our dinners here usually, and though the menu is not very huge, everything that we had was just delicious. Plus the staff is just so warm and friendly! We had the mee goreng, nasi goreng, katsu, black ink pasta, and pisang goreng during our stay. Everything was made well and we enjoyed our meals here. Portion sizes are huge. We also tried the pool bar counter there and a special mention to the staff there - generally manned by one person. He was single handedly managing that counter even during a busy period. In-room dining: Momo Restaurant caters to in-room dining orders and the food is good. Thank you to the restaurant staff for pleasant hot meals - we especially liked the avocado coconut dessert. Concierge / Front-Office: It was always such a delight to be greeted so warmly, and all the interactions we had were pleasant and warm. Special mention to Chandra, who would always greet us so proactively wnd promptly every time and willing to jump in and help if we needed any assistance. Especially on the last day as our airport shuttle got delayed, he jumped right in to help us communicate with the driver. Christian, who we met on the last day also did our check-out formalities so smoothly, interacting like a warm friend. Other Amenities/Services: We used the spa service and the staff there was very friendly and competent. Would recommend their massages, they do their job pretty well. There is also a MVC room with a pool table, playstation consoles, mahjong table. The gym and the pools are clean and well maintained. And the operating hours are comfortable so we could accommodate them easily in our day. Overall, a warm and relaxed stay with great and welcoming staff and clean rooms.

Although it was just a short stay with Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua garden, it just felt different from other 5 star hotels from arrival, to check in to hotel room experience to food and amenities. The check in experience was personal by Christian explaining all the details that I needed for the stay and beyond provided details like having toothbrush even before I enter the room. The room was well appointed and well maintained. The pool looks pristine and clean. The staff were friendly with smile always genuine from the heart. in room dining was pretty quick Coffee was good. Good news for bleisure travelers! Overall, I wish I could stay longer here than the other resort. Kudos to Bun Novi and the team for the hospitality!

It's our honeymoon and our first visit to Bali Nusa Dua. Upon arrival at Marriott's, we discovered a complimentary chocolate brownie cake in the fridge with a "Happy Honeymoon" message. It was a surprise! The room service is excellent. Gita is very thoughtful and leaves a lovely note every time after cleaning the room for us. There are at least two welcoming people who could speak Chinese at the reception - Clarissa and Christian, and they make things so much easier! There is a variety of activities offered at the hotel, but we loved the pools the most! After a long year we could finally slow down and relax in this tropical weather, forgetting that it's still freezing cold winter at home. After sunset we played the billiard game. There is also a fully equipped gym and spa area. I think we've still got much to discover. The hotel is well designed - they seem to have thought of everything entertaining, so one wouldn't get bored even if one is staying for a whole week. The beach club is a good place for surfing and swimming, and some local people offered to take us diving for a good price, but we weren't prepared for diving this time. I wanted to try snorkeling but unfortunately cut my finger so I couldn't stay in the sea water for too long; nevertheless we did spot some tropical fish not far from the shore. The shower and toilet offered at the Beach Club were a great convenience!

Our family of three stayed at the Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Gardens for 6 nights. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the resort! From the moment we arrived until we checked out, everyone at the resort was welcoming, so hospitable and extremely professional. The front desk crew including Chandra, Mini, Adele, Queen, Nandya, Christian and Hero greeted us warmly with a smile and by name every time we walked through the lobby. They helped us to attend to any needs that we had such as securing a taxi or answering questions regarding our stay. If we were waiting in the lobby for a taxi, someone would offer us a cold glass of ice tea or water while we waited. Our gorgeous 2 bedroom/2 bath with living room and full kitchen villa (Room #804 ) was meticulously cleaned daily by Swedi and Grig as well as others. Everything was tidied up nicely and items were replaced if necessary. The villa was so comfortable, especially the beds, and it felt like home during our stay. There was an endless supply of bottled water as well as tea bags, coffee and sugar. The kitchen included a dishwasher as well as a washer/dryer. We received a delicious box of Christmas cookies on Christmas Day. The cookies, along with towel animals on the beds were such a nice touch and so thoughtful. Our room was on the ground level and opened up to the amazing pool area with plenty of loungers. The only downside was that it closed at 7:00pm each night. The lazy river circling the restaurant is fun to float around with a drink. It’s great that pool tubes are provided. It was so nice to be able to utilize the pool at the Marriott Courtyard as well. It had a rain forest feel to it. We took advantage of Happy Hour nearly every day at either resort. We also ate at the Dapur Santai Pool Bar and Grill at the Gardens and had an great meal. We took the shuttle bus two times to the Beach Club which was 10 minutes away from the resort. There are lounge chairs with umbrellas to utilize. You are given a beach towel and have access to private restrooms and outdoor showers. There is a lovely bar area and lunch can be ordered. There are also restaurants on the beach within walking distance. We went to Kekeb Restaurant, Balinese Food Nusa Dua and sat right on the beach for a delicious lunch. You can also walk to two peninsula islands for some interesting sights. The beach and water are beautiful but it is a shame that there can be some garbage on the beach and also floating in the water at times. When you are ready to leave the Beach Club for the resort, notify someone who works there and they will notify the resort. Be sure to check to schedule. There is also a separate shuttle to the Bali Collection which is a shopping area located near the Beach Club. Just call the front desk for a spot on the shuttle. There is a schedule at the front desk. We went to the C Spa on the Courtyard property for massages and they were so relaxing! It’s a great way to start your vacation especially after a long flight. There are many restaurants to eat at within walking distance of the hotel. The streets are Jl. Pantai Mengiat and Jl. Terompong. Since we did not rent a car, we took taxis to restaurants that were not walkable. We just called the concierge and a taxi would be in the lobby within minutes. Before we left on vacation, we booked three activities up in Ubud…a cooking class, a snorkel trip and a tour of the sights in Ubud. With traffic, it would take about 90 minutes to get up in that area but well worth it! We were picked up at the hotel each time. There is so much to see and do there. We wished that we could have stayed longer at the resort! The amenities, the service and the atmosphere are all top notch! The staff attends to every detail to ensure a perfect stay. I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott’s Nusa Dua Gardens. We look forward to coming back again some day!

Thank you very much to the Gardens for their cheerful and helpful staff who made our family stays in this beautiful and serene tropical resort so enjoyable that it is easily our most favorite choice to stay in Bali. Front line staff like Clarissa, Chiyo, Moon, Queen and Rose took care of our needs from day one to day five; Bell boys Chandra and Ali ever ready to serve with great smiles; not to mention the hard working house keeping team - Johnni, Yogi, Febri, Ardika, Arditya and many others working behind the scene like poolside crew. We also fully enjoyed the Courtyard SPA for a totally refreshing relaxation holidays. Well done. Keep it up. 我們在巴厘島的萬豪努沙渡烏娃度假酒店過了一個難忘的休閒假期。度假村裡的每一位員工都努力地為客戶服務。謝謝大家。

Bali is a long trek from the USA but may be worth the travel. This is a beautiful property, well maintained, and competently staff. Five-star service. Staff is uniformly neat appearing and helpful with smile. The buffet food service has astonishing variety for every taste. The resort spa offers a wide variety of service delivered by staff who seem delighted to be providing it. The grounds are immaculate. We’re fans!

My experience here because of the staff is what made it five star. Our check in staff, Moon was so friendly and swiftly had checked us in. The front desk manager Rose was also very attentive and made sure all five of us were well received. Then we had two amazing housekeeping staff tend to us daily, Harri and Sugi, who kept our room picture perfect and all our amenities filled. We were always happy to run into them. When we dined at the pool bar, widiana was so cheerful we kept ordering more from her and the food was amazing. We had a beautiful view of the pool from our two bedroom apartment and enjoyed the facilities. And yes, the pool closes early, but that’s because they keep it very clean and they have high standards. The hotel is a bit old, about 6 years. The resort isn’t as up to date to most modern standards, but the furniture in our serviced apartment, paint, and everything felt very fresh and new. The bed and bedding was amazing too! You can see the amazingly skilled maintenance staff being very visible to keep the resort in tip top shape. I’d advise expectations to be lowered on the wifi. The signal strength is there in every corner of the room, but the bandwidth can be a little rough for streaming, even late at night when everyone is supposed to be asleep. The outlets here are not American and you’ll need to bring adapters or you can ask the hotel for some. Was very pleased how Harri was able to quickly find one for us. Overall, you’ll feel the warmth of Balinese culture with every interaction at this resort making you look past anything that could be a downside. My Asian family would rather be here than in the Philippines, which is world renowned for their excellent service culture. Definitely am coming back here.
