As a couple, we stayed in a villa with a private pool for six nights. The following points were TOP for us: - absolute privacy: the hotel is relatively small and the location is a little out of the way and very quiet. - fast & extremely friendly service: the staff, whether at reception, the restaurant or the spa, were really extremely friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and welcome! - Spa: very good massage for a reasonable price by European standards. - Restaurant: possibly a little more expensive than in a warung, but the food was very tasty & could be eaten without hesitation :) - Design of the villa: it was really beautiful, surrounded by numerous plants. In addition to the bedroom and bathroom, we had a large outdoor area.
Be careful: the location is a little out of the way. And that didn't bother us & the hotel also offers a shuttle service to the beach. But it is very quiet :)
The hotel provides 4 small bottles of water every day - that's a little too little. Tip for travelers: use Grab and have the nearby supermarket deliver liter canisters for very little money, because you need quite a lot for brushing your teeth etc.

It's simple, this villa is beautiful . The facilities you get will be the same as hotels in general (such as mattress, TV, AC, water, tea, coffee) but luxurious . Upon initial arrival, we were given a honey lemon welcome drink Umbrellas & bicycles are also provided here which can be borrowed as part of the Villa facilities . The rooms here are surrounded by trees, so they are suitable for those of you who want to relax and calm . Here you don't just provide soap, shampoo and conditioner, but bath foam and hand sanitizer too . Overall this villa is okay for me, and I'm satisfied staying here, but what needs to be paid attention to by visitors is that this villa is quite far from the main road . This is my experience which I tell honestly and without any intention of bringing down I write all criticism and suggestions based on experience for the hotel/lodging to be better in the future Sayonara

From the warm welcome in the online confirmation message to the moment we checked out, the entire team went above and beyond to make our vacation truly special.
I Made' Astawa, the hotel manager, deserves special recognition for fostering such a fantastic environment. Everyone we interacted with, from the reception to Kitchen staff to the cleaning and gardening crew, provided service that consistently exceeded our expectations. Their genuine smiles and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference.
The staff also surprised us with a beautiful gesture on my wife's birthday that made her over the moon with the amount of love and care they showed.
Rooms were kept clean at all times, the environment is beautiful and serene, the restaurant served delicious food with many options available and the SPA treatment we got was the cherry on the top.
Thanks to La Berceuse's exceptional team, we have wonderful memories of our first Bali vacation. We're already looking forward to returning and staying with you again! You've definitely gained loyal customers for life 😊

I would have loved to give this place a 5 star rating because the staff is amazingly nice and polite and helpful and there at any time if we needed anything. But the room we had was not sich a nice place. The room itself is an average hotel room, nothing spectacular even the picture try to get credits with the bathtub… When we came into the room we had a wet floor in the bathroom what Leads us to find out where it’s coming from. By inspecting the fittings we found lots of dirty and messy corners like moldy silicone joints, rusty shampoo dispenser, poorly filled cracks in the walls and mold on the ceiling. We had the chance to talk to the general manager and reacted very surprised and open for our feedback. What happens then was kind of a helpless action to make the best out of the situation: while we spent our day at the pool, the staff had been in our room although we had the sign „do not disturb“ in the door and tried to fix our complaints. What they did is a cover of the cover by putting new white silicone joints over the old moldy ones. So for the first moment we have been surprised and it looked and smelled like deep cleaned with chlorine but in reality it was the fresh silicone that smelled so hard and made the stay in this room even worse. I don’t know how the other rooms look like but fact is the room we had (821) really needs maintenance otherwise the price for a night of 88€ is to high compared to the other places we have been all over Bali.

😊 The hotel is small but nice. There is a large pool with a few loungers, hardly anyone is swimming there, so you have the pool to yourself. Apart from breakfast in the morning, you don't meet many tourists. The staff is very warm and friendly. The food is delicious and the drinks are freshly prepared. The "healthy drinks" are recommended. On arrival we received a voucher for a 15-minute massage, which can be combined with another massage. The Balinese massage was very soothing. The hotel is on a hill, not directly by the sea, but the beach is about 15 minutes away on foot. There is a refrigerator in the room and a spacious balcony. The wardrobe is lockable. We received a free adapter for our electrical devices.
😟 The hotel rooms are very thinly soundproof, so you can hear the neighbors talking, unfortunately the bathtub was dirty and we found toenails from our predecessors in it 🤢 the shower has a bad drain, so half the bathroom gets flooded. There is also a foul smell coming from the wastewater. Ants are running around the bathroom. The breakfast selection is very limited, also because you cannot change the individual pre-made menus.

I and Friend had a staycation during the weekend, it was really relaxing to escape in to this villa
The location is not really far to enjoy the beach in the south of bali, so it is so match us while we just enjoy the calm at afternoon at villas and go straigly watching sunset after it !
The staff are really helpfull especially the receptionist, quick respons and always smile everytime they talk, this attitude must have in any hospitality industry!
Breakfast was so delicious, We ordered savory breakfast twice, fruits etc is so fresh, my favourite was the pumpkin! Yummy
The ambiance was so calm, spacious privat villa with swimmimg pool, it is so suitable for honeymoon, family or friends, also completed with kitchen, dining table!
I will definitely recommend this villa for your stay!

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful, there are no shops around the resort. the net curtains around the beds should be cleaner, also the ice compartment of the fridge can do with defrosting. We stayed there 4 days and we enjoyed it. It is easy to call a taxi or grab to take you out.

We had a perfect stay at La Berceuse Resort. The room was clean, confortable and very well equipped. The staff is very nice and caring (especially Dewi, who is the kindest person we ever met). Our return flight was in the evening, the resort was full so we had to leave the room at noon. But the manager was very understanding and allowed us to leave our luggages at the resort and offered us fresh towels and water before our flight.

The hotel was awesome! Food, staff, cleanliness, everything was perfect. We liked the staff the most, everyone was so nice and friendly, they helped us with anything we asked for. Will definitely come back to this hotel next time when we book a trip to Bali. They also have a driver who can drive you any day to the beaches or the shopping center and is included in the price of your stay. Great hotel!

We liked this resort because it was set in amongst lovely gardens, with a pool right outside the restaurant area. The air-conditioned rooms were clean and fairly luxurious, with a deep bath and large hot shower. The staff were very obliging, making sure we were well looked after with our transport each day when went out and ready with a smile when we returned each evening. The restaurant has a good selection of local Balinese, Indonesian and western dishes and has a full bar. The resort is not the newest or most well-known, but it was easy to get to and catered well to all our needs and those our fellow guests, who were mostly couples and young families. I would stay there again.

I rented the scooter from the hotel itself. You just have to ask the very helpful staff at the hotel's reception and they will help arrange a scooter. :-)
There are more places to choose from in the Nusa Dua area.
