I chose this hotel (or apartment) to attend an event in the Nusa Dua area
.
This hotel is small, so it's not wide, and the parking lot is not large, so get used to it being difficult to turn around if you go by car, it's safe on a motorbike. And for motorbikes, please also lock the handlebars securely, because motorbikes and cars are in the same place
.
The people here are very friendly, it's as simple as that
.
In the bathroom there is soap, shampoo, conditioner in big bottles, not small ones like other hotels, and also toothbrushes and toothpaste
.
In this room there is a refrigerator, glasses, kettle, cutlery and plates. For mineral water they provide gallon water, coffee, tea in the outside hallway
.
The TV has 60 channels available (a combination of foreign + local channels), the TV can also be used to plug in an HDMI (watching films, playing games, etc.), Wi-Fi also works well as long as I use it.
.
This room is non-smoking, but has a balcony for smoking (ashtrays are available), is accompanied by a small clothesline, and has a shoe area in front of the room
.
Tables for eating are available with cushion seats
.
There is a swimming pool, motorbike rental and airport shuttle service, but I didn't use it
.
With the price you get when booking, this is a good hotel to stay, even though the location is quite confusing, they also have several drawbacks for me
(-) minus
-This hotel is inside the complex again, so if you want to go out (to the main road area) you need to walk about 150m, and the road is slightly uphill (this is not a minus, just letting you know)
-This hotel still uses regular keys, not cards like other hotels, so if you want to sleep you have to lock it first, not automatically lock (this is not a minus, just letting you know)
-This hotel doesn't have a telephone, so if you need help from the hotel staff you have to come downstairs (this isn't a minus, just letting you know)
-My room spray hose (202) is stiff, not flexible
-There is no elevator here, so make sure you are ready to climb the stairs (this is not a minus, just letting you know)
-The socket next to the mattress (used for a lamp) can't be used to charge my cellphone, but can be used for a night light
.
This is an experience that is told truthfully and without any intention of bringing it down
I write all criticism and suggestions based on experience for the hotel/lodging to be better in the future

I stayed here for 2 months and really enjoyed my visit here. The place is clean and comfy. All staffs are friendly. They also provide coffee and drinks for free. If you need laundry, they can provide it with a good price.

I would estimate this to be a 2* hotel. It needs a fresh coat of paint and some pest control for the ants. I decided to leave after check in. Upon explaining (politely) that I would be checking out, the manager became irate, called me rude, and threatened to distribute my passport details on social media.

Stayed here for a night and was quite impressed at how clean and comfy the place is. It has a working table and a sofa which made it even more comfy. I misplaced and left a watch and they kept it for me. Turns out they even emailed me that i left my belonging behind. Thank you kind sir!

Very nice room! The location is perfect! Near Silicon Food Park, a minimart and street food vendors. What I love most is the exceptional service of staff. They are very kind, attentive and helpful! Thank you!

Spent 3 nights at allia, and it was a great choice. Reasonable price, free breakfast, and a pool (small of course).

The location though is a bit difficult to find but 8 out of 10 online transportation driver managed to pick me up at allia.

I stayed at the Allia Residence for four nights during my stay in Nusa Dua. My parents were staying at a different hotel nearby and I had to find something a bit more economical for a few nights. This place turned out to be a great find, tucked in on a small alley that kept away the noise from the nearby busy road. The room was very nice & clean, Japanese style with a low bed, and there was a small balcony and a small swimming pool on the top of the building. Free water refill and coffee & tea were a nice bonus. A very good value for money as I later moved to another hotel that was more expensive and hardly as nice as the Allia Residence. Highly recommended for a quiet stay close to the beaches of Nusa Dua!

For the price of around £25/night you really can't complain. New build, pool on the roof, sizeable modern bedrooms with very nice bathrooms and friendly staff!

Only downside is it's a little out the way, but again, for the price you pay you can't complain!

Stayed here for two nights through Airbnb, Tri the host communicated well responding quite quickly to all requests and conversations. There was always someone nearby to help or call a taxi for us. The residence is a bit out of town however we enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are clean and spacious, ours did smell of mould however we found a lot of places we stayed at in Bali had similar issues. The little pool on top of the roof is a nice touch when you come back late in the afternoon and want a quick dip! Given the price we thought this place was good value and would recommend others staying here, if on a budget in Nusa Dua
