1. The location was so strategic. Restaurants, minimarket, and pharmacy could be found easily. 2. The room was quite spacious, but not too large. 3. The room was so clean and hygienic. 4. The aisles were having low lights, perhaps it could be brighten a bit. 5. All staffs and guests were strict to the Health Protocol. 6. Infinity pool was clean and having a great view. 7. Foods were tasty. 8. All hotel's attendants were handsome & beautiful, nice, helpful and friendly.
During this pandemic, the price goes pretty low. I stayed for two nights. The room was just ok, clean, theres a bench or a wooden seating area (instead of sofa) facing the pool. The partially glass-walled pool was quite nice with separate child-adult pool.
I was on long trip from Jakarta to lombok Self drive and stay over night, at grand zuri Kuta, Cek in time already mid night, was on jet lag, cek in process was faster than expected. Was so tired and I realize next morning I lost my phone, after up and down to check my phone, and I decided to leave the hotel, luckily asking if hotel staff found my lost phone. Mr Yudy Suardana, Assistant Front Office Manager, handling my check out and telling that the phone found in lift. Room is great, clean, overall exceeding my expectation. Suggestions: Needed Hand sanitizer inside Lift, consider covid 19 spread, in high touch area Definitely will coming back Room 315 Salehin
We stayed in this hotel last day before catch morning flight return to hometown. Nothing special actually but price value and strategic location.. food street accross and minimart next to the hotel. The staff always smiling.. keep it up!
Everything was perfect. The room is good, the pool was oerfect, and i love the food. But the staff need to take a rest, we can see how tired they are while they doing their job. Hopefully can stay on this hotel again
