This was our 3rd stay at kuta lagoon (with toddler) but unfortunately we will not be coming back. This time we had a private pool villa... aircon didn't work very well in our room so I didn't ask for it to get looked at which they didn't look at it but i for told it was working fine! The hotel was basically empty due to covid 19 just starting so I thought they would of moved us to one of the many other empty pool villas but no we put up with a warm room. Lots of mozzies I didn't ask if fogging could be done inside our pool area but tgat didn't happen. Lights in the pool didnt work so swimming at night while our toddler was sleeping was quite dark outside. Didn't use the outside bath this time as it looked dirty. Our shampoo/ body wash was not refilled. Took our toddler to swim in the main pool kids section but the main pool was green we did not let her swim in that!! Breakfast was only afew options which I do understand they had hardly no guest due to covid so we ended up eat out every morning. We were very disappointed as this has been our favourite hotel... they have definitely let fo of this hotel and its in need of lot of TLC!! Not worth the price any more.

Very nice hotel to stay, they have very good rooms at affordable rates. It is worth to stay in private pool villa here. Room and pool are clean. They provide good American breakfast. It is located at centre of kuta. Only issue is they provide only 2 water bottle of 300 ml per day, which is very less amount for 2 people. Overall stay is good.

Outdated resort just off of a busy street. Unfortunately the place seemed quite tired, as it is not peak season this could have attributed to this. The swim up pool bar looked very disappointing and could not tell if it was even operational by looking at it, very disappointing as I had intentionally booked a place with a swim up bar. Thankfully we reserved a private pool villa so we had our own little sanctuary. The pool was fantastic, as well as the outside area. The villa itself was nice but a lot of things in the villa require attention and proper repair. This resort gives you two small bottles of water per day, in another resort I stayed at we were given two small bottles just for brushing teeth and then two 600ml bottles of water as well. No tissues provided in the villa which is a small but nice thing to have. The pillows are high profile so will not suit everyone. Aircon in the room was fantastic. Breakfast was okay, not many options and some very strange options. Stand out breakfast item is their omelettes. Most staff are friendly and nice. To be honest I would not likely stay here again but this is also due to the fact that the area is too much of a party scene for us. For the price it is good enough but absolutely recommend spending a bit more to get a Villa.

Not happy. Aircons dont work very well. Hotel is so run down. Cum stains on sheets, smelly rooms. Dirty balcony and the pool is missing tiles and is dirty. The pool side bar is disgusting and totally uninviting. Every person staying here has tried to leave only 1 lucky family got their money back by standing on Legian st with signs. All up staff are great but under the owners control. DON'T STAY HERE

The resort is good! We had a pool access room which was definitely worthwhile. The pool is really good and long. Our room and bathroom were very clean and serviced daily. It’s needs updated furniture was a bit old. At first our air conditioner was t working well so they moved our room which was good. The air conditioner worked well then. The towels and sheets had definitely seen better days and it’s time to replace them please. Breakfast is just okay. The staff are lovely and will cook you an omelette to your liking. The pool bar wasn’t serviced unless you call them. Needs more atmosphere, Not inspiring at all. The music they played was good but stopped we had to always ask to put it back on. The wifi didn’t work tried to tell them a few times, they did try to fix it but it still didn’t work. The location is the best thing about this resort! Right in the heart of everything. Lots of bars and restaurants close by with a convenience store across the road. Walking distance from the beach and of course these always a taxi nearby to take you where you want to go. Yes Spa across the road was amazing so good and relaxing. You pay a little more $2 more but worth it! The resort looks a bit tired and could do with a makeover. The staff do their best to be attentive and provide good service. Only 1 English channel on TV which considering the majority of travelers are Aussie you think they’d have a few more. Not sure if I’d stay here again. I liked the location and the staff were super friendly but just needs some TLC
