This is the second time our big family stay in this hotel after 8 years ago. There is no massive change in the hotel, still old style model hotel. We found some of rusty part in our bathtub. For moslems need to be careful when breakfast time since they dont put any sign of non halal food, just put label...

Nice yard and swimming pool.Bathroom needs repair. Breakfast is poor and very slow egg station. Dinner in the restaurant is not worth your money, worst pizza we ate in Bali. Beach is near, but the time for New Year's Eve was a lot of garbage on the beach.

This is our second time we stayed here. A few years back it was a very happy place now it's just a sad looking affair. We ask for a Garden Cottage which we got. Very roomy very old. Breakfast is a non event. Not much for Western People to enjoy. Cornflakes and coco pops for cereal. Eggs either fried or...

My family and I stayed in 3 separate rooms, my parents stayed in a larger room which was reasonably clean, however the other two rooms that my sister and I stayed in were extremely dirty. When we told the staff they apologized and had the rooms cleaned, however they were still very dusty, mould in the showers, and the rooms...

Location is excellent. Right next to beach, shopping, restaurants, but also noisy night clubs. My father-in-law is a light sleeper. He's the only one who complained about the music from the late night bar outside the hotel entrance. We asked to change room, moving away from the entrance and yes it did help him. Room is really spacious by my...

My sister and I stayed here for 9 nights. We can't fault anything with this hotel. The people are lovely and always able to help. The food is one of the best places I have been in Bali. Rooms are fantastic, clean and fresh. The hotel is well looked after. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a great example of "you get what you pay for", its cheap, cheap, cheap! the staff are helpful & friendly, its well located but the look & feel of the place is tired. The bedlinen, pillows & towels are well overdue to be changed. I think the hotel is missing a great opportunity to have a really...

The hotel is very old and needs updating. I was very disappointed in the friendliness of the staff, the laundry trollies that went past our room over 40 times a day starting at 6am making so much noise that we were woken up every day. The daily room cleaning was all over the place and dirty dished were left for...
