Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

I've stayed here more than 20 times, and I felt that the service had deteriorated during the COVID-19 pandemic, but it's back to normal now.

The lobby and rooms are as refined and comfortable as ever. The accommodation fee is low, but the resort feel is very good and the satisfaction level is very high.

Both of the two adjacent malls are within walking distance. Discovery Mall has become more convenient with the opening of the Matahari department store.

Breakfast is served on the second floor atrium, and the atmosphere is good, and the buffet has more items than before, so the quality and quantity are sufficient.

I recommend a room on the inside where the pool is. There are a lot of people passing by the corridors between the guest rooms, so if possible, a room at the back is quieter.

There are two pools, the one in front is for children and cannot be used, but the one at the back is quite good.

Overall, it's close to the airport, the surrounding area is lively, and it's not in a strange, complicated location like Legian, so it's safe and you can stay with children without worry. This is my top recommendation for my 50th visit to Bali.

We booked two rooms as our flights changed and our resort was fully booked. We only needed rooms for a short overnight stay. The reception staff lovely and price was inexpensive. Our two rooms were very basic & clean and suitable for our needs. The rooms could do with a makeover and upgrade in the near future. The shower was lukewarm, no hand soap and shower was reasonably modern. There is a kettle some jasmine tea / coffee and small bar fridge. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Window furnishings could do with replacing or at least a good clean. For a holiday I would choose elsewhere however no complaints for our short stay.

We visited Bali in july 2019 and booked this property through yatra.com for 4 nights. This is located near to airport and its on beach . The staff , food and hygiene of the property is top notch . It has two swimming pools one for kids other for adults . Their concierge services are very good . All indian restaurants are nearby from this property. Their room service is 24×7 we ordered pizza around 11 pm its was hot and fresh. Standard double room is quite spacious with balcony view and washrooms are clean and toiletries they give is organic and soothing for the skin( lotion, shampoo etc). Its a budgeted property near to the beach. It has spa room also we availed its services which was quite pocket friendly

Place needs a good clean and some much needed maintenance. Rooms smelt like sewerage, shower was luke warm to cold and no pressure due to leaks in the shower head, airconditioner did not cool the room. Breakfast is very, very basic, better off paying $6.50 in the hotel next door. Such a pity because the location is fabulous. Would never stay at the Eden again.

Advertisement is a big Bluff.
During my checkin late in the night around 2 am, I was given a room which doesn't have an electric switch for any kind of charging. Room was a mess and I have to come to reception again to get it sorted. Rooms aren't very clean and they said there isn't anything they can do. As I made my reservation via booking.com they asked to write to Booking.com unfortunately still I am waiting for a reply from them.
Some of the receptionist are very RACIST subject to your skin color service matters. As I was waiting in lobby and asked him a question about the restaurant opening hours he literally ignored me. I have attached a photo of the guy.
I have requested for management member to speak to me and provide a solution still it's never answered/ignored

Stayed at the Eden Kuta for 4 nights. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. The room smelled like sewage due to the poor plumbing. Trust me, you don’t want to come back to a room that smells like poop. The pool water is murky and dirty. Overall, it’s clear that the owners and managers don’t care about cleanliness. Better to invest an extra few dollars and stay in a cleaner and newer hotel, plenty of options around.

On the whole, the hotel is fine - near and clean and decently sized rooms. However, the air conditioning is pathetic, they have split ACs in the rooms, placed at the wrong places and the room does not get enough cooling, unbearable to say the least. We were given a room on the 6th floor (top floor) and couldn’t survive there for even 2-3 hrs, and asked for a room change. Thankfully, we were moved to a room on the 2nd floor, where room was cooled only if AC was on throughout the day, even if we weren’t there (just enough cooling, not the best). The hotel was running at full capacity and we were lucky that our room was changed.

The breakfast buffet is ok, nothing too great, with long queues and not enough live counters and tends to get too crowded.

Rooms are neat and clean and location is good if one is in Kuta, a lot of good eating places arnd with the beach not too far off.

I have stayed at Eden several times. For me, it’s a really convenient place for an overnight stay after arriving in Bali, or the night before leaving. I also use it before heading to Sanur or Padang Bai to jump on a boat to another island. It’s a good price point, the rooms are decent and the location is perfect.

Hello Tan, Eden Hotel is situated in the main street off Kuta and when you cross the street there you can find many shops, Malls and Bars. The Best bar i recommend is to go to Kuta squire and there you find the sport bar etc. Kuta beach is just 10 minutes walking from Eden Hotel. I hope you will enjoy your stay in Bali.
