Let me be honest here . I got around Rp 300.000 /night to stay here. Price wise, it is actually really cheap. This hotel is located in a good location. Probably around 10-15 mins from airport. Also located exactly across from Mall Bali Galleria. This hotel has a 5 stars requirements in their room. Room is huge Room has a huge bathroom as well Room has bathtub but i didnt use it anyway Even there used to be a tv in the bathtub But….. this hotel didnt maintain the hotel really well So it looks like this hotel suppose to be a 5 stars hotel but turned into something else in the current moment. So yeah dont expect too much If its only for sleep and u re on the budget then go for it The hotel is also really dark and dead at night , bit creepy i would say..

Having been fortunate enough to visit Bali twice before we decided to look at a different area & was advised by Polka Dot Travel this was the place to stay - it was most certainly NOT. But I will let you decide if we are being snobs, check out just some of the photos I took

The hotel is located within a couple of metres walk from the hospital and including the breakfast, they charge really cheap per night. As I have arrived I have noticed how old the hotel decorations are judging by the purple garment they put everywhere. Not to mention some chandeliers/ lamps were broken. The room size was okay but the ceiling was full of fungus because of the moistness. I think there have been some water leaks, but was never checked or repaired. As my husband was just out of hospitalisation, I tried to complain to the receptionist by phone but the phone was off (turn out to be the cable was broken) , then I went straight to the receptionist and complained about the ceiling. They then send someone to our room to clean the fungus with cloth and some desinfektan (which is not working btw). We were still dissatisfied and therefore asked for a better room. The second room was the same (less fungus on the ceiling) but there again you can find mirrors with endless spots (because it's old I guess), the walls are somewhat torn apart, and whenever we showered, we could smell a really yucky smell (like rotten eggs) in the drainage. The bed was somewhat wet (possibly from the desinfektan spray) and the towels and bed sheets were dirty. After 2 nights ( or 1) we were out of the hotel and moved to another place. The only thing, in my opinion, that is really okay is the breakfast buffet, the swimming pool (but not with the loud music), endless refills of water bottles, and the friendly staff that tried their best to help us

I am visiting family in the area so needed to stay in a hotel nearby.on first impression the photos looked perfect. However,on arrival I was shown to a room on the ground floor which wasn’t clean, was dated and broken plastic around the shower area which I felt was unhygienic and a safety concern. The patio doors wouldn’t lock which as a solo traveller didn’t make me feel safe. I asked at reception to be moved. After a few minutes of discussion I was told I could move to a “new” room on the third floor overlooking the pool. First impression it was definitely an improvement but definitely not a “new” room. Paint peeling, laminate wood peeling, broken kettle, no fridge. A new kettle and an old fridge was then replaced. The bath and the basin were not clean with a ring of scum. The room was superficially cleaned daily by very friendly and willing cleaners. Bed linen and towels changed regularly. 2 bottles of water daily was a plus. Nowhere to put hand soap by the basin which meant crossing the room to get soap? The design of the room not thought through. Mirrors so high you could barely see unless on tip toe and I’m average height. Velvet chairs a hotel theme and not very practical for a tropical country. The safe deposit box didn’t work and despite asking it remained the same. The incessant piano music in the morning same reel which was eventually changed after I complained… the afternoon it changed to pop music but again the same reel… and no I did not want to be woken at 630 -7 every morning with piano music does anyone? Cockroaches in the room …. When I complained I was given a spray. Overall the hotel served its purpose of being close to my family. The staff were very friendly and kind which I really appreciated.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff also. Our room has a mini bathtub on it which is good. They serve buffet breakfast but limited choices of food, but it’s okay. The hotel was accessible to the mall it is also near the place you can buy good bali stuff😉

Very cheap, close to airport. However, very old and tired, staff generally unhelpful, just don't care. Bad location, right on one of the busiest roads. Food was not the best, plan to catch a lot of taxis and eating out. Only other bonus was it was 2 doors down from BIMC.

We arrived at the resort, 30 minutes before scheduled check in, to discover that as a couple, we had been given 2 single beds. They were then joined to allow us to try and sleep in the same bed. On our way to our deluxe room, we were surprised to see towels on the floor of the hallways, soaking up the water leaking from the ceiling. When we arrived at our room, the polite staff member dropped our bags. We were also greeted with a pungent smell of over used air freshener spray. We Aired the room out for 2 hours only to discover the fragrance was purely to cover up the smell of the mouldy aircoditioner. After settling in we decided to head down to the pool for a couple of cold drinks and a swim to cool down. The pool was nice and the drinks were on the upper end of the price scale. Before bed we decided to test out the shower. Although at first glance, the bathroom looked quite up market and modern, separated by mirrors from the main room, which were actuality repaired with a cheap non reflective foil. The shower was less then impressive. Plenty of room, but driven by a small water heater which only lasted about 10 minutes before it ran out of heat. This was quite disappointing as we found out that 10 minutes of low pressured hot water was not enough to fill up the bath, rendering it un-usable. After 3 maintenance visits to try and rectify the water issue, we were finally moved rooms. The water in the second room was hotter, but lasted just as long. So we were unable to use the bath tub in the deluxe room that we had paid for. The wifi connection in the rooms was very average. We could not get a consistent signal, even though we were less than 8 metres from the range booster. In the lobby and restaurant we had no problem. Upon checking out, we decided to discuss these issues with the manager, as we felt like we had not received what we paid for. Although we received a 20% discount on our drinks/laundry bill ($40) we were told that they are always looking to improve, but "sh*t happens".

Was recently staying at another hotel in Bali when I was taken ill and admitted to hospital. Needing to be near to the hospital my friend booked this hotel on a moment's notice. Very surprised when I was discharged to the hotel to recuperate for a couple of days before ongoing flight. The room was beautiful, bathroom huge with bath and shower. Only ate room service as I was still very unwell but food was delicious...no complaints at all. Breakfast on last day was good with plenty of choice. Can't comment on any of the other facilities at the hotel but what i was able to see was very favourable
