We have stayed here previously and enjoyed it so this time we decided to book direct with the hotel to help them out rather than use Expedia which was almost the same price. When we arrived we were informed we had to go to a money changer and change 1 million rupiah + to pay the bill. They were not prepared to take $Aus and send someone down to BMC and change it. Moral is don't book direct, you may think your doing the right thing by helping the hotel but it just creates a lot of hassle for you. We will just use Expedia or another booking site in the future and avoid the hassle.

We where on honeymoon. Came from South Africa, we where promised the best room with a view etc. Instead we got a junk room in the corner of the hotel. The room was very dirty. Stained walls and unclean surfaces everywhere. The sink in the bathroom was all moulded up. The light switches had dirt and grime all over them. The walls are stained with dirt and the furniture is falling apart. Very dissapointed with the hotel will not recommend anyone to come here and i wont be coming back ever

This hotel is good for someone who needs an affordable price with a good location. The hotel is located near Kuta Beach, Beachwalk Mall, and various food / cafes / bars. The price is better compared to other hotels with the same facilities. But ... you have to accept that the rooms are not as clean as 4 or 5 star hotels or other international 3 star hotels. I say this because even though they clean the room, the floor still feels a little gritty. Water is not good for showering. This will happen to other hotels around Kuta Beach (also for the 4 star hotels I use), so just take it. The good point is that the people there are very helpful and kind. Breakfast is standard but good to have. The swimming pool is also great for swimming or sunbathing. They provide a mini library with several books to read near the pool. They also provide massage services at low prices. Better not use your own car because the road is small.

Initially I regretted the location of the Hotel (Being my 1st time to Indonesia) had booked for 2 days, but later extend by 4 more till my time in Indonesia can to an end, went through a lane to get to the hotel, later found it to be in a strategic local, so street noise was less and on one side of the hotel, easy access to the Beach and all entertainment, and on the other side shopping, and even more nightlife. Very nice. My room 403 needed an update. Very large, enough for a couple with kid. Breakfast is a set menu (Acceptable) included in room rate, night entertainment at the hotel was ok no extra charges like tax or service on food and drink, you pay what is mentioned on the menu, and if not there were other hotels or restaurants nearby and also a walk away to amazing night like. There was a mini fridge in the room, no safety box. Staff are very courteous, but that was everywhere or all the hotels I stayed at in Indonesia. Free wifi was good. Airport was only 20 to 30 min away. Would not mind staying here again. Lots of money exchange and ATM, convenience stores. Good Job guys.
