I've just checkout from this hotel, checkin at 18/11/2016. From the hotel was good but very poor for their hospitality, btw I'm Indonesian. How they treat us is very differently. Staffs at the front office so arrogant, overall not recommended for a local.

Club room - good value, even during renovations this was a great hotel to stay in. The renovations did not affect us in any way. Hotel walking distance to everything, nice pool. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and spacious, good bathroom and Air-con was good. I would stay here again, travelled with my sister and room was suitable for...

I have stayed at this hotel four times in the last year. I love the location, breakfast is basic, but has all you need, an egg station, pork bacon, fruit, cereal etc Room service food is not as good as it was previously, maybe as they are also in a temporary kitchen? The hotel has been under renovation constantly, to...

This hotel is perfect for a trip to Bali if you plan to be away from there mostly during the day. It is currently under major demolition and renovations. We saw the pool area that on our first day provide choice of 2 pool areas reduced to one ,the noise ,dust and general factors that come with demolishing a huge...

Great pool with swim up bar staff were never far away to serve you. There is some renovation going on in one side of the Hotel but did not impact us in any way. The temporary Reception was more than adequate....

Please be aware before booking this hotel that it is undergoing major renovations. We had no clue, our booking was made a couple of months ago, and when the taxi pulled up to the lobby, it was a demolition site. Not a good first impression! We were redirected to a small alley, which may give you pause if you're you're...

While I was there a major part of the club was being torn down. It didn't inconvenience me in any way. The work made no noise, but the place was starting to look VERY secondhand. In my opinion as they get further into the building stage, It could impact in a big way. The end result maybe great but I...

I loved it here , big enough to enjoy but small enough to feel part of it. Loved the greenery and landscaping, meals were good, room was ice cold with no aircon even on! Good pools The staff were great but the kichen staff spoke no english and never smiled at all. The rest of the staff were lovely.
