First the Girl Front Office Staff was kind and very Helpful forgot the Name. Room Was Excellent And Clean. They have a Good pool, ( Room with Pool acces will be nice ) They Have a Good Breaky and Good Happy Hour. But we alredy give a welcoming drink Voucher to Bar but the drinks never coming. Never mind maybe staff forgot because they busy Definitely we will come back!

Visited this property in the month of May.This property is situared in area name Kuta,located on the main street ,very close to airport.This property provedes free international breakfast.The food served is good and have variety in the buffet.The rooms are neat and clean and have all the amenities.Staff is very helpful.Swimming pool is good and clean.Honeymoon dinner arranged by the hotel was nice.They even changed t he menu on my request as we are Vegetarians.For Indians there are three good Indian restaurants just within 100 Mtrs from the hotel.You can find a number of massage parlours on the street few meters from hotel where one can enjoy various massages after a tyring day out exploring bali.The famous big Discovery mall is 200 mtrs from the hotel.The 24 Hours operating pharmacy is also vey near it. Local market,cafes are on the main street where the hotel is located.…

Within the past 2 years I always stay at this hotel. During our stay we always had our time to go to spa. Very relaxing, although not so many choice as the staff only 2-3 persons. This time I arranged a group of our big family to stay for a wedding event. I took 8-10 rooms for a few days. Overall they do like the hotel, the room, the pool. Some of us (including me) think that the room need refurbished. My brother found a light dust in his room, my sister said her room looks old by the look of the furniture. I found my bathroom door can not closed properly and the AC knob has fall out, my room was at room 0010. And my kids’s AC at room 0016 keep warm even they turn the heat at the lowest. I still would like to stay at this hotel another time but it would be nice if the hotel concern about renovating the room and fix the problems at the room.…

Been here for 2 days with friends. Nice room with balcony and facing to swimming pool. The breakfast was average at very small restaurant. I asked to reception, housekeeping staff and everyone at hotel but no body have a USB port / charger for my powerbank, even i leaved at the front desk. It was ridiculous if the hotel can provide a small thing but very important for their guests.
