An absolute little hidden gem. Staff give you privacy, yet are on hand for anything you may need. There was a mix up with my airport pickup, so they paid for my driver when I arranged my own. Rooms are spacious. Old but clean. Pool lovely. The hotel seemed quite full but still very quiet. I only booked two nights here but extended our stay as we enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend. The only downside is the internet is quite bad. Only $50 a night including breakfast, you wouldn't find this standard anywhere else for this price.

My family and I stayed here from Dec. 28th till Jan.3rd. This hotel has been the worst thanks to their terrible staff. 1. When we arrived they didn’t have our rooms ready it was 4pm! We were 6 people and had booked 2 deluxe rooms. 2. We had to sleep WITHOUT BEDSHEETS for a night! 6 people with no bedsheets when we asked them for some the staff pretty much said just deal with it! The next day we had to pretty much beg the staff to give us sheets and the once we got the next day were dirty! 3. Their employee named Tony or Tomi was extremely rude. As a person who travels a lot and has stayed in 4 hotels in Bali I’ve never encountered a hotel staff that rude before. When we told him that our beds don’t have bedsheets he said just sleep without them. When we asked him to change the given sheets the next day cause they were dirty he said that we were the ones who dirtied them and kept arguing with us. (See pic) He also told us multiple times if we want bedsheets we should go and sleep in a different hotel! We would have if the other hotels weren’t fully booked. 4. Our rooms weren’t cleaned at all. They only made the beds and that’s it even after we asked them to clean the rooms because there was dust and trash lying around from the previous guests they didn’t. (Pic) 5. The soap and sanitary items were moldy and just disgusting. (Pic) so were the bathrooms. We asked them to give us new ones but they never did it was in our room for the 6 days we had stayed. Don’t stay here just pay an extra 100 and find a better hotel!

If you are looking for a modern place, this is not for you. If you are looking for a nice, cozy and “Bali like” place to stay with all the amenities, this is for you. It is walking distance from the beach and from the busy action. The garden is amazing and well kept, the AC and Wi-Fi working perfectly. The breakfast was awesome and quite delicious. We used the laundry service and were very happy. Staff was very friendly.

Stayed in bungalow. In general the location is great and nice garden area. Pool was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bungalow was very dated. Bathroom smelt at times. I assume sewer smell was coming up from shower drain. Kids got hammered by mozzies/midges in beds downstairs. For the price i was very disappointed. I think standard rooms are ok and better value, but i believe prices have gone up a fair bit for all rooms. Breakfast was average.

This is a great hotel. Good value for money, near all the restaurants etc and 5 minutes walk to the beach. However it’s down a little alley just off Legian street so it’s away from all the noise. It’s lovely and quiet. The rooms are huge with a fan and A/C, TV (English channels) and fantastic WiFi (I was watching TV programmes) Showers are hot and powerful and breakfast is included in the price (fruit/ yoghurt / chicken/ sausage / noodles/ toast / pancakes / eggs) It has a pool and plenty of sunloungers. They have a commmunal fridge. There is a convienence store right in front of the property. Staff are all really friendly and there’s even some resident cats who pop in and say hello now and again 😊 Guests who stay here tend to stay for long periods and return every year.

This place was wonderful for the money. The room was clean (although it wasn’t ready at check-in) and the place was very peaceful. Situated right in the middle of everything but you can’t hear all the noise of Kuta. The restaraunt on site is great too!

We stayed here also 20 years ago and nothing has changed. This means the rooms show a great deal of usage. We think the mattresses in our room need to be changed. Nevertheless everything functions and staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel charges a friendly price, so there is no need to complain. A not so pleasant, small busy alley takes you in a short time to the beach or Legian street.

It's a very good property in the heart of Kuta. Near to all the happening places. In an alley. There is a grocery just in front of the hotel. They also have a nice surfing themed terrace restaurant. There is a nice pool in the center garden. The rooms are very clean and cozy. They have 2 floors, try taking the lower level as the water pressure will be good in that.

Had large rooms on ground floor with comfortable beds next to clean pool, a.c., breakfast included at restaurant adjoining hotel. Good food at restaurant for all meals. Rained hard at night for a few days which washes the frogs, lizards, mice etc. out of their homes and some flee into the rooms! Staff helpful. Beach about 12 minute walk. Bathroom "window" is open to outside. Wear insect repellent.

We have stayed just for one night between our arrival to Bali and further trip to Gili but this hotel was perfect pick. Located centrally just a short walk from the Kuta beach. Plenty of shops and resturants around the hotel. Spacious room equiped in traditiinal local style. Staff was perfect in all aspects. Loved the pancakes for the breakfast!
