Just home from 3 weeks at Kumala Pantai, for the umpteenth time. So the hotel is getting a tad tired, although maintenance is always happening. The atmosphere in the place more than makes up for any shortcomings, and this is hugely down to the incredible staff. It is just a happy, happy place to spend a holiday. Together with its...

We have been staying in this hotel for the past 13 years and always have a pleasant experience. We love the pools, the many shaded areas and of course the staff who always make you feel welcome. The rooms are basic but comfortable with a good size balcony, and although the price has nearly doubled since our first visit, it...

We found Kumala Pantai to be a great resort - leafy and shady and never felt rushed. Large rooms were very spacious. The pools were very relaxed and plenty of Sun Lounges. We also had a great dinner at the resort on the first night.

We stayed here for 8 nights and it was great value for money in a great location. Room had a balcony to relax on and the amenities in the room were decent as was the bed. Resort style place with two large pools and rainforest gardens. True bali style. The breakfast was your typical egg station, hot and cold buffet,...

Great resort, has a very tropical feel with a lot of ferns, trees, palms and ponds providing a lush surrounding which felt like a natural Balinese environment. There was lots of shade around the larger pool and plenty of sunbeds. Outdoor breakfast area was great with entertainment from the squirrels.

We now always spent a few nights staying at KP after our travels around Bali & outer islands. It feels so welcoming & familiar. Everything is at your fingertips here be it shopping, bars, food, beach etc. Hotel staff work tirelessly to keep the rooms & grounds in excellent condition. Lazing around the large pool in the shade is my...

Second stay at KP - really enjoy the location and feel of the place. Two good pools, lovely gardens, peaceful vibe, good sized rooms. Deck opposite the beach for breakfast - great way to start your day. Buffet brekky average but granola/cereal, yoghurt and fresh fruit and eggs to order available.
